This was my first time trying a Godfathers pizza. I dined in and chose the personal thin sausage pizza. Pizza was bigger than I was expecting. I thought it was very reasonable in price. I like the sauce that they use. Wish the restaurant offered salt and pepper. I love salt on pizza and was definitely missing that. Dining room was clean. My complaint was the tv volume. It was so loud. Also they had the news on. I like to eat out by myself to get away from the world. I get enough news in my everyday life. I don’t need it on while I’m trying to enjoy my lunch. Since I liked the pizza I’ll be back just not for dine in

I stopped by to grab a pizza because im all for small businesses, and they are within a 2mins of my house. I wanted a pizza just for me, as my wife had already eaten. I thought about getting the individual, but when looking at the portions, I figured I'd go up to the medium (just in case the wifey wanted a slice). They do have some good specialty pizza options.The individual is roughly $10 for 6 slices which its really like those personal pan pizzas at pizza hut but tiny bit larger and uniquely sliced in 6 segments and the only step up is the medium which is an 8 slice pizza for roughly double the money. ($23+tax) Also, I would recommend calling in as I did carryout and had to wait roughly 20 mins for the pizza. The dining room is very clean, but overall, the pizza wasn't phenomenal enough to justify the price. You

Horrible experience with Godfather pizza! I called to take advantage of a coupon, buy 1 get 1 free and not only did it say carry out and delivery available. They were not willing to honor the coupon, they were also not willing to take care of the customer. In fact, it took us 30 minutes on the phone and got absolutely nowhere but an attitude and behavior problems so steer away from this. Even if you have a coupon they're not going to honor it. They put you on hold for a very long time and they come back to you. Acting like nothing was going on.

We just ordered pizza tonight. We had 1small and 2 medium pizzas. All of them were disgusting. They ended up in our trash 50 some odd dollars later. Save your money go somewhere else.

First of all, I grew up absolutely LOVING Godfather’s Pizza. I was excited when this location opened and have been ordering from day one.My family loves the Italian monkey bread, and when they opened, they made it the correct way. A couple of months after opening, I noticed that they stopped making it the right way, and were just cutting it into cubes after it was baked. I didn’t think much of it until recently when ordering online and looking at the photos of side dishes (photo attached of monkey bread and breadsticks from website). They’ve been taking their breadsticks and cutting them into squares - but charging a dollar more by calling it monkey bread. So I’ve overpaid every time I’ve ordered.Commented online a couple of weeks ago through their website once I realized and never heard back. Ordered again today and same result so asked for a $1 refund. They wouldn’t do it. Lost my business over a dollar.

Had an issue with my order through Uber Eats - spoke to Messai and he was so understanding and helped me fix my problem. I love the great customer service :)
It took me three years to try this place, because there are so many other places to get remarkable pizza. Unfortunately, Godfather's doesn't come close to making that list. I had a deep dish (standard) two topping pizza and caramel monkey bread. The crust was kind of boring and a bit spongy, so not much else mattered. The monkey bread needed maybe twice as much...ummm...stuff that's not bread. More monkey, less bread, I guess. Interior was clean, employee was nice. Recipe needs help. Take a lesson from Domino's and update the cookbook.

Ordered a taco pie. VERY BLAND!!! Worst $25+ I've spent in a long time. A taco pizza should have seasoned ground beef. All they used was sausage which had no flavor. Poorly made and over priced. Very disappointing.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I was so stoked to see a Godfathers Pizza, in this century. Pump you Back to the Future brakes because it is not worth your time. Our order was screwed up. I called and was put on hold. I wasn't irate or rude. I just drove 30 plus minutes from Sachse to McKinney to get this only to get home and find both pizzas were messed up and I paid extra for stuff I didn't get. The kid who answered the phone went to get the manager. Someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. So order at your own risk or try some other place that at least gives a rip about your business.
