Very friendly welcoming staff and mgr...I would mos def return to this location. Food was very hot, freshly fried and not sitting up under the heat lamp. I recommend visiting.

Ordered a 16 piece tender meal online with a 30 min wait time,I'm thinking okay it's made to order but got home and tenders where dry and flavorless should of known when I seen them under the heat lamp never again nasty

When I went there their ice cream machine for the dining area was on, but when I went to get some one if the employees stopped me and said 'no no no don't eat that" and as put some in a cone,..... it came out GRAY. "Yeah look at it, you would eat that?" The employee followed thier last statement up with. I was disgusted. Follow up... 11/22/23 So ice cream machine is still not fixed.

I went through the drive-thru at Golden chick in Princeton and a guy name Francisco was helping and he was really nice and happy. We need more people like him.

Service was fast, I've eaten at several Golden Chick's but this was by far the worst, ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with gravy and fries, every thing was cold and dried up, I didn't say anything to them, and shouldn't have to, I just won't come back to this

September 2 approximately 7:45 PM give Mr. drive through guy. You might get more business by being more polite instead of just saying what do you want it when a person asked you do you have a special you just said no and go to dead silence.

Came 1 hour and 15 minutes before close they had no chicken decided to wait what seemed like another 30 minutes for 12 piece family meal chicken was super greasy no taste no season mashed potatoes not mix right dried up macaroni tasted like straight SOAP WATER VERY DISAPPOINTING DINNER FOR MY FAMILY besides spending the money on food and the wait to get it 1 star

This location is terrible, every time I have ordered drive through the order is never correct. There must be other complaints because they installed a digital order screen so you can view your order. They still can't get the order correct it's like you order then they place what they want you to have in the bag!
