We had a very enjoyable experience here, the food was great, hot and arrived promptly. However, the thing we enjoyed the most was the outstanding service of the lady who waited on us. Her name is Amir, and she was great! Very helpful, personable and had great suggestions to our inquires about what we wanted to order. Her service to us was comparable to any high end restaurant.

It's an IHOP. It's what I would expect of an IHOP. It was busy. So the service was OK but not exceptional. It took a while to get our food but.....it was busy so that's OK. And the atmosphere was a loud bustling IHOP.

I recently had a truly awful dining experience at IHOP. The fruit served in my dish was clearly frozen and tasted stale. When I expressed my disappointment to the waitress, she blatantly lied about the quality of the food, making excuses rather than acknowledging the issue. To make matters worse, I did not receive enough food for the price I paid. Despite the waitress claiming she informed the manager, no one bothered to address the situation or offer an apology. The lack of accountability and poor food quality make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. Save your money and dine elsewhere where your taste buds won't be subjected to disappointment and deceit.

Came in with family Sunday around 1pm everything turn out to be great. Untill we got home we noticed two seperate transactions. Tried to speak to Kendra the lady in charge at the time about it. She send an employee to let me know to contact corporate to solve and get the second charge off and also dispute with our bank. She couldn't give me a refund for their mistake. We were charged for our food and someones elses tab!

The waitress Kristin receive us with a big smile, seated us and offfered what they have. The food was hot snd thr coffee Rolling. The service was excellent, the only thing that I could say is need the restaurante need LTC.
They can't do a half waffle in place of the pancakes on the 55+ 2×2×2. Just dumb.
