Says open 24 hours, even had lights on, but had drive thru blocked off with a stick and some trash cans and when trying to go in they had the door locked. Peaked through the window and see team members standing there laughing at me. Sat in the parking lot and watched many other customers experience the same issues. Lost a lot of business tonight because of laziness. As a fellow store manager I would fire team members for closing early without a legitimate reason, but based off of other reviews this location doesn’t seem to care.

I hate reviewing chains, especially fast food chains. We all know them already. However, my experience was particularly poor at this location. Cashier seemed completely disinterested in his job. Explicit request for no hot sauce on an item was ignored and thus could not be eaten. The men’s room floor were disgustingly wet and sticky (mostly at the urinals but certainly not isolated there). The dining room floor and tables were clean, so good on them for that. And other than the sauce problem, the food was prepared well.

The cashier was super rude & apparently the 2 for $1 taco deal is only available for online orders. $2 for 2 tacos at the drive thru. When did this happen?
Usually they are really great on making sure you have every in your bag. Here lately they have been missing putting all my items in my bag and then when I try to call them they never answer the phone. So you never get to speak to anyone. And if you try to tell them when you go back they act as if your lying because you didn't have a name of a person you spoke to, to give them, which because they don't ever answer the phone. Now as far as friendly and customer service goes on the other hand, they have some majority really good employees that are very nice and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They just need to work on the issues that they have been doing lately and they will go back to being a 5 star in my book.Parking: There is always plenty of places to park and close to the entrance as well so you don't have a far distance to go.
Nothing special. A little slow to get a cashier ?. Food was warm. A little sloppy in construction. Place was not especially clean. May need a deep clean or rebuild.

If I could do zero stars I would. No name tag. I had to ask for her name and she said it was Avviana. It was the most impolite service. She never said thank you or anything but "what do you want again?" "Come to the window". I ordered salads and had to ask for the dressing. She dropped my debit card outside and guess who had to get out and get it? Me. If you don't want to work here don't. I hate going places and feeling like the worker doesn't want me to go there. She did a good job at that, so I won't be back.
