I won't ever come to this place again, everything is bad, bad service, you order something and they bring you something else. They gave me half the potatoes and the lousy bread and the burnt potatoes of all the Jack's I've been to, this is the worst, I give them zero. In all, I just left this place disgusted

Oh by far the worst service. Believe the bad service reviews before mine because wow. It wasn’t even busy at 2pm & they had rushed to take my order and i repeated myself twice over the mic but that wasn’t good enough to get my order correct. My receipt says Munoz but i am not sure who it was that attended me and gave me a bad attitude because she messed up my order. Not only did i have to drive back because they messed up my order once but TWICE . Instead of correcting my order she wanted to go back and forth and show me the receipt with her putting the wrong fries when she didnt even ask what fries but i told her over the mic twice it was curly. She kept going until she finally said the upgrade is 64 cents like okay idont care , i just want what i order no matter the difference. Then i had to come back because the wrap was grilled when i said crispy twice over the mic and on my receipt it was correct but not in my bag. It was very frustrating when I’m in a rush to eat something before my appointment and have to be held back for 25 minutes from going back and forth over my order that had only 4 items. Ive had issues before here but this was just my last straw . Go somewhere else , that actually cares about taking people order and checking on it without the attitude attached.

This was the worst Jack in the Box experience I have ever had. We waited 15 minutes to get our food. There wasn't even anybody else inside (except for a lady nodding out in the corner) and only two cars in the drive thru. Then we couldn't find a single clean spot to sit. My shoes were actually sticking to the ground because it was so dirty. Then I tripped on their rug because it doesn't lay flat on the ground. I completely lost my appetite and couldn't even eat my food because of how horrible the experience was.

Cruised by this location tonight to grab something before a meeting. First, they bizarrely asked that we back up in the drive thru,.likely to keep our vehicle out of camera view as we waited for our food. Once received, the order was not even close to correct. Double burgers were prepared singles, an empty taco bag was placed in the munchie meal, and one item was totally left off the order. Went into the location to correct the problem and the staff were very unapologetic, moving slowly, joking around, on phones, etc. Just very unprofessional. Adding insult to injury, we got the food home and it was ice cold. Very disappointing. We won't be back.
