Jersey Mike's ON HWY 121 and ALMA IS AWESOME Okay so Let me tell you. I went to two different Jersey Mike's tonight for dinner. The first experience sucked fat, The McKinney store on LAKE FOREST RD, worst experience in Four states going to Jersey Mike's very rude shift lead or Manager guy...... THE NEXT STORE I WENT TO IS THE ONE STATED ABOVE OFF ALMA. Heck yeah this is what customer service is all about this store is great thank you to Jeff, Alec, Wyatt, Maurice and not forget my sandwich artist SOFIA O....OMG very good #43 Mike's Way ..... I can still TASTE it. Thank you guys for your great service and I can't wait to see you guys next time my Family is in.

The service and food are always good. The staff has been trained well. I did have an issue with points being applied, however the owner of the store AND the home office responded, and all was resolved satisfactorily.

Service is sketchy, I went in for an interview. I felt very professional in the interview. The employee giving me the interview was like bro get out of here, he’s going to ruin all the fun. I’m quite smart I know how to use most of the tools in the kitchen, and if not I’m willing to learn. But no he just wanted to get back to his vabe pen is what his face looked like. So I dont know what to think of this place right now

First time coming to this location and was floored by the good customer service. Every staff member was friendly and the staff was courteous when we forgot to mention no cheese for my husband. We even went at the end of the night and it didn't change the attitude towards us. Will definitely make it a point to go to this location in the future.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and there were only two employees. Naturally they were overwhelmed, but Jeff was working hard as he could to keep up. Management needs to pay closer attention and ensure their store is properly staffed, especially on busy weekends. Please recognize Jeff for working hard.

Have been going to Jersey Mikes for about three years and have committed to the Alma 121 location for the past 6 months due to the obvious superiority, nothing compares to coming here after a long day and having Jeff make me the best sandwich i’ve had in my life while he gives me a great conversation.
