I ordered 3 pc extra crispy, ALL WHITE MEAT, and was charged the extra for it. I had to pull out of the drive through and wait. took 20 minutes and the order was wrong. When I said something, the girl looked at me like I was stupid and walked back inside. In the box was two thighs and a leg, original recipe. I normally will not eat dark meat because it tends to be greasier and upsets my stomach. Because I had waited already so long, I left. I am very disappointed. Fast food is becoming less and less, and when the order is not correct, there is no apology and no attempt to correct. I tried to call the restaurant at the number on the receipt and it rang for a full 5 minutes and no one answered. I will not be back. Next time, I will drive a little farther and pay a little more to Chicken Express where I will actually get what I order.

This had to have been the worst food that we have ever gotten at a KFC! We got 2, 2 piece meals with extra crispy chicken. I ordered the meals with 2 breast in one and a breast and a drumstick in the other. First of all, they charged me an extra .99 for each breast, even though it came with 2 pieces of chicken anyway. Luckily I checked the order before leaving because, naturally, it was not correct. They shorted me one of the breast I had paid extra for. Went inside to take care of this. They gave me another one but were out of crispy, at 8 pm. Wow! I got home and after paying $28 and some change for two of us, the food was less than desirable. One of the “breast” was clearly not, once we got through the nasty, not so crispy outside. It was also dark meat. That gave it away! All of the food was cold, even the potatoes. The breading on the chicken was not flavorful at all and not what it used to be by far! Even the biscuits were bad. They were dry and old tasting. Didn’t eat them either.I could go on but there’s really no need. Bottom line, the food was over priced and awful, service was minimal and I don’t intend on going back! We can go to a decent restaurant and sit down and eat for $30!I was really disappointed since I remember getting MUCH better food in the past from KFC. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was awful and I don’t want anyone else wasting their money!

KFC needs to take note. I'm not the only one, look at all the 1-star reviews. Service and attitude at this location sucks. That's the best way to describe it. Manager "Lolly" or "Lollie" not sure, is the worst. Stares you down and is speechless when you make a special request. Says she "knows what she is doing." Asks if you are going to pay for order before you actually make it. Lies about their policies. My wife has been going to KFCs for decades and this one traumatizes her each time. Not worth it. We're done with this location. Manager seemed happy I left without ordering.
