HORRIBLE SERVICE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM PRINCETON BEFORE LISTED CLOSE TIME (1am) and was told at 12:10 am their only doing deliveries. If I would’ve seen the reviews prior I wouldn’t have even came.

I arrived at 11:45 and was told the facility was closed when Google said 1 am and the drive thru hours are listed as 12 am... I pulled up to the drive thru window to see if they had a corporate number and a lady told me they were closed. I asked for there managers name for the review she said she didn't have a manager, said bye. As I write this review she demanded I move, which I did...but WOW the whole experience was wild to say the least. Very poor customer service

At lunch in the middle of the week they have no original recipe and no drinks, other than tea. What I got was OK, nothing to write home about. Fries were limp. Biscuit was dry and hard around the edges, and oddly tasteless. A disappointing visit overall and I won't go back. Too many better options.

Avoid this location. Two grumpy women working the night shift that don’t feel like serving people. They closed the lobby early and told me I had to go through the drive through. Then I got my chicken deal on the app that says all dark meat on some texts and variety on others, yet the final ticket printed was variety. I wanted all dark meat, and even presented to her the text where it clearly said dark meat and 4 legs 4 thighs, yet she absolutely refused to swap out the pieces. She kept shaking her head no and said “You only get what’s on ticket or not at all.” She finally closed the window and wagged her finger at me, then reopened it and said “Cancel order and get out of here!” Unbelievably rude and absurdly ridiculous. Apparently countless other reviews describe this lady as disgustingly rude and irrational. I bet KFC is just afraid to fire her and that’s why for years she’s been able to treat the customers however she wants to treat them and still keep her job. I ended up getting my refund, and KFC wonders why people leave scathing reviews and are losing to Chick-fil-A and Cane’s? Because of managers like her.

I ordered the 8pc with 8 tenders with sides. I have been eating KFC ? for over 30 years and never got the worst coldest chicken. The chicken had expired 2 hours hours before I got there at 6:15 pm. I figured how KFC can serve cold chicken during dinner hours. The seasond fries ? were stale, that means past cold. The coleslaw was from two days ago because it was Sour. The biscuits were cooked at pre-made plant in Chicago. I no the economy is ruff and fast food places are shorthanded, but you still have to represent the KFC brand nomatter that your a Franchise. The experience needs district managers attention to a secret audit on food quality. If I get thier # , I'm ?. Customers that work hard for their money ? and long day at work, you want to trust KFC ? to provide fresh food, because your spending your hard earned dollars ?.Update, I called the corporate # seemed to care until the offered $17 refund after I spent $37.89. I calling the health department on this location. Let the walk in and shut this location down until it gets back to code. Corporate office told that since I declined the $17, they are going to pass me off to stage 2 compliant department. I probably want hear from them because my $38 don't mean anything to the billions that make in a week. Sad.

TL;DRWe paid $44.40 for an order and didn't get 3 sides. The store refused to refund. We spent 18 minutes on the phone with a cashier. We called the store manager, who had the store refund in person. The store, in person, refused a refund again. We got $44.00 in cash, which was less than the total. Do not go here.Full storyWent through the drive-thru and ordered 3 combos, 3 extra sides, 2 crunchwraps, and 3 med drinks. The total was $44.40. My grandmother (81 y.o.) picked it up and made the mistake of trusting the cooks to give them the right order. When we got home, the food was missing the 3 sides. No big deal, we'll just call and have them refund the ~$9.00 that the sides cost.This is where we ran into trouble. They refused any refund at all.I am convinced that the people in this restaurant cannot count. On the phone with someone who we believed to be in charge of the problem (Valerie), we debated for 18 minutes about whether or not the sides were included or not, as the line cooks agreed that they messed the order up yet didn't want to admit that we, the ones with the incorrect order in hand, were counting up to 3 correctly. While on the phone, Valerie continuously spoke to everyone except for us. She spent 12 minutes trying to "load" the ticket number we gave her, which after working in retail everyone should know that finding a transaction is not difficult. P.O.S. systems are designed for these things and with them in mind. Valerie simply did not know how to do her job. We got a total of perhaps 50 words in for the entire phone call. She was very concerned with what everyone else in the store had to say, before telling us that she could not refund the 3 sides we did not receive. So we called the store manager.Corina, the store manager, told us that we had been speaking to a cashier the entire time. We assumed it was a manager or assistant manager, but according to Valerie, there was no manager available. Going further, we simply said that we would pack the entire meal up and send it back, as it was now cold, and get a full refund. Corina offered to make the meal fresh, but at this point with how rude and argumentative everyone was over the phone, we didn't trust them to make the food and not spit in it. Ultimately, we asked Corina for a full refund as we returned the food to the restaurant. This should have been the end of it, but it wasn't.Upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff again refused a refund. It was at this point we realized they didn't know how to refund at all, again with the P.O.S. system in mind. Now, they gave us cash as a refund per the store manager's orders, but as you can imagine, that was wrong, too. Of course, it was only $0.40 wrong, as they gave us only bills of $44.00 for a $44.40 total, but the principle is still the same. A place of business refused to give us the change on the order, probably because the cashier cannot count to 40.I don't suggest anyone dispute anything with this place. If your order is wrong, bring the food back, give it to the staff, and dispute the charge with your credit company. Corina seemed nice enough, but the staff they hire are rude, untrained, and stupid. Do not go here.

The free delivery! was to someone other than the one who placed the order and paid over $50 for it.Who does that?Gives away your food order to someone else and says, I handed it to you, delivery done!!!!Way to ruin someone's evening..

Downloaded the app and ordered for next day pick up. On the day of pick up, got an email that the rose was canceled. I called and no one answered. My husband went inside to order but what we had on the app cost less for the same exact order. No one could explain why ordering through the app doesn't work. I am a big KFC lover but this is also the second time the thighs were undercooked and pink at the bone. This order was placed on 10/27 at noon for reference. Please do a quality check before someone gets sick.

I've ordered two piece white chicken meals twice but never, ever again. the breast looked like a Cornish hen breast and the wing like something from a snack pack. Our. family use to love KFC but not any more. The staff seemed annoyed that customers were there and the attitude showed.

I really wish zero stars was an option!!!!! I not only received terrible food and service but I also had to watch a PAYING customer be bullied. This so called manager came charging at a customer for requesting fresh chicken. This should have never happened. I am sorry that customer had to experience that situation. It's so sad we live in a world were people are no longer respected. This so called manager needs to be fried and to be honest if I was the customer she rushed up on I would be pressing charges.

The manager Maria tried to hit me!! This KFC IS HORRIBLE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE EXPERIENCE so much, foolery in my life! The food is nasty cold and old. They’re not sanitary. No one is using gloves. So heres the story my food was old and disgusting so I requested a replacement the employees proceed with making my replacement...next thing I know this so called manager Marie comes to front starts screaming at me throw the food at me and proceeds to try to hit me she was extremely belligerent which I have on tape by the way! This place needs to be shut down never in my life experienced a crazy person trying hit u because they have to replace OLD COLD NASTY FOOD! Corporate will be hearing about this! Also the local news! STAY-AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place needs to be shut down and health inspectors need to be called! Giving either, raw, or old food that could kill someone! If you value your life, please stay away from the place. The customer service is out of this world horrible.The manager is thug named Marie who could care less about type service she provides! Never in my life will I eat KFC because of this disgusting location.

Oh my God I’m completely disgusted at what I just witnessed in this kfc! Wow the food is horrible! I personally order some chicken which was cold and tasteless. Then while in the restaurant I witnessed the manager trying to attack a customer for requesting a replacement on their food! Which honestly I should have asked for a replacement the food is horrible. This place is being ran by non citizens so its not the best service
