Terrible experience first time visit today. May be the waitress and owner just don’t like to serve Asian. We were treated as non-exist the whole time while we are the only Asian in the restaurantWe arrived and waited 8 mins at the front. Waitress passed by but ignored us. No one greet us or direct us to sit. We wanted to leave but then one waitress pointed us to a table. After we sat down, we saw a waitress kept checking on the tables next to us but never even ask what drink do we want. We took our own menu at the front. Only water waited for another 10 mins.Food was really so so, nothing special. No one even check on us while they kept checking on other tables. No one refill water. 2 different waitress and a man brought out different dishes we ordered but in a “not so care” attitude. Really dismissive and cold. Not sure why. It’s just their true nature I guess. Not a fan of the strange disco kind of lighting in a restaurant. The whole experience is just crazy! Will never go back

We hosted 2 “back to back” birthday parties here and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for the perfect venue to celebrate their special occasions at. We were a group of 25 and we had the best experience. They have some of the friendliest staff around and we appreciate their awesome service! Even though we were such a big group, everything went smoothly! Just call them to make a reservation and they’ll work with you to ensure their guests will have a wonderful experience.

We used to live in Vancouver BC and have been looking for great sushi. This is the best we've found thus far.Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodated our daughter in a wheelchair no problem. Four accessible spots in the parking lot.

If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out. Best sushi in the area by a mile. Try the McKinney roll and Poke no.1 roll and you’ll be blown away. Prices are reasonable, and staff are really attentive.

We have been going to Koshi on date nights and as a family for over a year. It is one of our family’s favorite places to eat. Miso Soup is always a great starter, our favorite rolls are Salmon In and Out Roll (a little spicy), Poke 2, McKinney Roll. Our kids love the California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll. We’ve had a top notch experience every single time we go!

Took our 3 kids here, and everyone enjoyed what they ate. Even our picky 4yr old ate up his chicken Katsu. I had the tuna tower which was tasty and had the right amount of spice for me. Our server was great and attentive to our needs. Will definitely be going back.
I eat sushi quite a bit. The staff was very nice, but the food was not very good. It was presented well, but both the tuna and crab were very fishy tasting. Typically, I find that the fishiness is due to not being fresh. I'm hoping I don't get sick. I probably won't be back.

First time trying Koshi in McKinney off Stonebridge drive. Great ambiance, and everyone was super friendly and knowledgable. My overall impression of the food was really good. The fish was fresh and tasty. Cuts of fish like toro were super buttery and the uni was sweet. I’ll even go as far to say that the simple hamachi scallion roll was probably one of the better ones I have tasted in the area. My criticisms are small relative to the flavor and preparation of the sushi. I wasn’t expecting wasabi under the uni gunkanmaki, however it was a small amount and did not overpower the Uni. Also, some of the cuts were not even, but that’s me nitpicking. The food was delicious, prices were fair in comparison to close by sushi options, and we will definitely be back!
