Just be very careful with these people, if you order a classic hot n ready pizzas they will charge you for the more expensive ones without telling you and give you the cheap one. Such a shame that they try to scam people.

Never any Hot and Ready when I come. This is my last time coming here. I'm not sure who owns this franchise. But this place needs some tidying up. I asked for Hot and Ready Pepperoni the cashier tells me there isn't. Then proceeds to give 2 people behind me Hot and Ready Pepperoni.

We love the pizza and especially ordering via the app. Our faves are the Detroit 3 meat, traditional pepperoni, pretzel crust, and thin crust. The reason I give it 3 stars is because of inconsistent service. We have been buying pizza from this location since they opened. The food is great, but the service is very inconsistent. Some orders are perfectly fine, while others are not. Many times, pizza orders are perfect. But other times, the orders are incomplete or incorrect. For example, when we ordered a custom pizza, it came with incorrect toppings, and we grabbed the order already from the portal and dont want to deal with waiting for a replacement. Or, the order doesn't include everything, like the crazy bread and sauce. We often have to ask for the sauce at the counter because it's not in the portal and many times there's a line of people ordering at the counter, so we end up waiting 10-15 minutes just to get sauce, when the order was already picked up from the portal. They seem to have one person working at the counter at the busiest times (Friday night, especially). Also, it may be just me, but the crazy sauce used to be filled to the top, and now, it's barely half the container. So, we love the pizza, but the inconsistent service is what's causing me to rate them 3 stars.

Horrible horrible customer service. I worked at Lc for over 15 years and have ate a quite I few different ones all the places I’ve been and this is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They are beyond rude, takes for ever to get someone to come to the counter. When they make a mistake they don’t want to fix it unless you come back right then and there which sometimes just isn’t possible. I will not be returning that’s for sure.

Came in to get a cheap pizza, but was amazed. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread sticks with a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was amazing for an affordable price! They were already making fresh ones so we got one right from the oven. Will come back again!Kid-friendliness: It's pizza! :D

The gentleman at the front with the big gold necklace was incredibly helpful and friendly. The place got really busy after I ordered my pizza yesterday afternoon and he greeted everyone with a smile and worked quickly to get everyone their orders and it was hot and very good food! Best Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to.
