Went into Mod pizza around 7:30ish. Family of 3 waiting in front my son & I. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order our pizzas while 5 employees kept busy. Finally a young man came over but he didn’t acknowledge either of us, instead he had a Uber eats order and started on it. I asked if that internet order was more important than the 5 people standing in front of him to which he snapped Yea- it is. Surprised by his response, I said oh really- and he said my manager said they are more important. I asked to speak with manager- he said manager wasn’t there.Finally ordered, my pizza & son’s pocket came out completely burnt. I went up & they said they would remake them. Another 20 minutes.. we get our food. It isn’t anywhere as good as it used to be.Then as we are eating, a woman comes out into the dining area- goes over to the family seated to the left is us and tells them it’s time to go, the dining area closed at 9 so they can clean. Very confused & annoyed, they say ok… then she comes over to me and tells me the same thing. To which I reply… I’ll be sitting here until I’m finished eating. To which she replied, I’ll have you removed if you don’t leave. Now.. it’s 9:04. Their information says they close at 10. As she tells me again we need to leave, I remind her that it took 15 minutes to order, and then you burned my pizza- and she yelled back at me—- I didn’t burn your pizza. It went back & forth getting uglier. I tell her I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow and she says she is the manager.I kindly let her know, she isn’t doing a very job and we will never be back to which she replied “good”.The family to our left watching all of this, stopped on their way out and said they couldn’t believe she treated everyone like that and they’d never be returning either.Sad, it used to be good food and service.

Worst customer experience. Had to wait one hour to get a simple order of pizza and garlic bread. They messed up my order twice.When I asked why is it taking so much time and when I will get my order, the guy at the store replied “ when it’s cooked “. He was rude and arrogant and had no idea how to talk to customers especially when the store knows its their fault. I will never visit this location again.

I ordered online and when I arrived food was not ready. When I asked I was told they were backed up. I waited a few minutes and I had to leave go pick up my son so I asked if they could just cancel my order because I understood they were busy and weren’t going to be able to get me the food in time. I was told I needed to call. I left the store and called and now I was told I needed to go online and send a message to customer service. Complete waste of time and worst experience ever. I would stay away from this place unless you don’t care about time.

So another late night comment here. Agree with Shon completely. My wife and I just “tried” to eat there. We walked in about 8:50pm and they had 4 staff there. Two people including the manager were ONLY concerned with cleaning and neglecting customers. Only a family of 3 were in front of us. The girl making food was fulfilling online orders and the family was also waiting. After about 10 mins we walked out. This is probably the 3rd time this has happened where the employees were only concerned about closing. This is just HORRIBLE service! I worked in restaurants and I would never do this. Customers are always first. We met there and went out of our way to go to MOD. Wasted gas and time! Garbage! I think I am done with this place! Love for an owner or manager to contact me!

Not sure who owns this franchise but the employees here are the worst I have ever had to order from. Infighting between employees behind the counter and pizza makers who act as though they have never made a pizza before. Sorry sorry service.

Update March 2023Not sure if it is just this location or MOD overall, but quality has gone down. Vegetable additions are disappearing.------------------Great as always.Vegetarian options: Plenty but decreasing.

Just went to the store at 9:15 pm when it closes at 10:00 pm and was refused service. The worker stated that the only reason he was there was to fulfill an online order. So then my spouse proceeded to ask what if I place an order online can you then make it and he said well I would have too. Crazy but you can’t assist while we are in store. Great customer service. We have come here since it opened but with the lack of service and care we won’t be back and will make sure to let our friends know as well. That’s not how you treat you paying customers. Then to make it worse they had 2 employees sitting in booths doing nothing but laughing as we went back to our car. It took all of me to not go back in a day something. So unprofessional!!!

Website says the restaurant closes at 10pm , we came in at 9pm and they refused to take our order. I see 3 workers inside of the restaurant and they started laughing. Very disappointing!

This place use to be absolutely great, high energy workers, buzz of all the people laughing and having a great time. The pizzas used to be dare I say it, best little gourmet pizzas around. I rated this place 5 stars then, today 1 star. Staff looked like lifeless souls being forced to be there. What little talking they did with us or the only 4 other groups was short, no feelings and on verge of rude. The place was not very clean, they were out of all soda but 2, the lemonades looked shady, 1 pizza came out doughy, all 3 pizzas were eatable just not what it used to be and the chicken wings...oh lord the chicken wings. The wings were cold, asked them to refire them. They refired them, in the same box they served them in and then left them on top the oven till we asked about them. Whom ever owns this location needs to get their head out their butt and put the work in. You had a gem, you could still have a gem. Do better.

I've raved about this place in a review in the past. Unfortunately, I had to delete my original 5 star review after what just transpired. 3 piazzas bought, all with solid black crusts. MGR. first was denying we were there and then in a condescending tone asked why if my husband picked it up at 4:00, why I'm calling now at 9:00. Well, it happened that I just got home from work!!! My daughter scraped off the toppings. My husband threw out most of his, but I was not about to eat that piece of charcoal. She told us to bring my pizza in and RUDELY just hung up on me??? Shame on that woman I spoke with. Not even an apology for the inconvenience of having to drive back. They really should've replaced all 3 if they were a reputable business, but I guess they'd like pics of black pizza crust on their website instead???My husband just returned with my new piazza. Turns out that the woman I spoke with was the one who made our black pizzas. She stared at them in disbelief because she knew she had made them and still didn't apologize. There is human error, and there is just unprofessionalism.

This is second time in three months that we have tried to order from this location with the order taking over an hour and a half to be cooked. First time was through the app as a pick up order and today through the app as a delivery order. This location should turn off the app ordering system.They cannot handle it. People can walk in and order on the line and get their orders cooked right away yet app orders get jammed with improper management of the service. We literally stood there and waited, in person, for our pick up and then today three different DoorDash drivers stood there and waited. Drivers should not have to wait over an hour for a delivery order to be cooked.

In the past 4-6 months, they have messed up our orders almost every single time. Whether it be burnt into a near inedible brick, 70% surface area being blank bread, or putting the wrong ingredients, this location is consistently disappointing.

I came in last night with some friends, and was absolutely delighted with my experience. This was the best, most rich, flavorful, & well made MOD pizza I have ever had. For management, please make special appreciation of the following 5 awesome gentlemen who made our experience awesome:- Elisha- Bryan- Carson- Aaron- Ryanall working the January 2, 2024 evening shift.

Used to eat here about 3/4 times a month a few years ago. After a few bad experiences, we stopped going. Tried it again recently and was really disappointed. The cheese is cheap, oily, and zero flavo.. Crust has no flavor. Disappointed at how the quality has gotten so bad.
