We love this place, have been looking for good pizza since we moved to Texas and finally found it! Service is helpful and very friendly, restaurant is clean and pizza and garlic knots are amazing! Can’t believe other reviews haven’t mentioned how good the pizza/marinara sauce is here…maybe the best I’ve ever had. Will be regulars for sure.

EXCELLENT service and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS food. I called a day before a meeting at my church to try and place a very large catering order, and the GM answered the phone. Not only did he answer all of my questions, but he was able to confirm my order for 50 people for the next day. And to top it all off, HE and another gentleman prepared ALL of the food for us the next day. EVERYONE LOVED EVERYTHING. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me provide a delicious lunch to everyone. I really liked Pizza and Pints prior to this, and now, I absolutely love it.

I don't do a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to do this one to save people from the same experience we had.Based on the reviews I went in with a positive expectation and it was anything but.Service: We went to order and after hearing a whole pizza would be about 25 minutes we opted for individual slices because we were on a specific timeline. This wasn't really an issue as we still should have plenty of time. We order and go sit down with a number. As we are sitting 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass. I begin wondering what is taking so long to throw a few slices in and heat up. I go up to counter to see if maybe we missed our number called and the guy said they would bring it out. A few minutes later he comes and says "oh we just put the slices in"No apologies, no offering something for the inconvenience.We get the slices about 5 minutes later and left us very little time to eat.The actual pizza: I am not really a pizza snob, but it was one of the blandest pizzas I have had. There was little to no sauce. The ingredients just tasted cheap. I am actually quite shocked at the reviews for this place.If you are looking for a good pizza place, I suggest not wasting your time or money here.

Now, I am no pizza expert! But I enjoyed this no red sauce pizza. I find pizza hard to enjoy w/o the red sauce. Not the case here. I absolutely loathe the usual pellet sausage so I was happy to see a pie with prosciutto and proper sliced sausage. They are tossing these crusts in the air, I enjoyed the chewy texture. The side of marinara was generous and delicious. On a side note, their croutons were sturdy crunchy & flavorful, I usually just push them to the side but these were very good. Salad was basic but fresh. Great for beer drinkers. Small eat in area, big carry out business.
Been going for years and typically it’s really good but the other night I had a bad interaction with I’m assuming the bust guy. He made my family feel like we were a burden being there.

Love, love, love this pizza joint! You cannot go wrong with their daily lunch special. A slice bigger than a newborn baby, a salad, and drink all for under $10! And it's so good, you'll want to order a slice to reheat in your air fryer later! Simplicity yet perfection! Bonus, they have Stubborn Pineapple Cream Soda. I've visited 2 locations so far...this one and the one in Frisco, both stellar!

She was clearly an authority over the other workers.Well I used to love this place, but I could do without the owner (?) Complaining about immigration while a customer is present. Shame because it's a great place to pop in for a slice, but I guess I'll go to Allen. Also don't vape indoors.

It is with great sadness that I have to do this review...New York Pizza & Pints has struck out!!Since my 1st review, we have visited this establishment 3 more times. And each time we anticipated the same quality and consistency from the 1st visit...And we were sadly disappointed and now, after the 3rd strike... New York Pizza & Pints is Out of the Lineup!! The service was good but it inconsistency and lack of flavor and quality of the ingredients on the pizza was disappointing, and lacking. I'm only giving 1 star because I had to. I give this a 0 star rating and 4 thumbs down

We came in not long before close and ordered a pizza and breadsticks for dine-in. Something was miscommunicated amongst the staff and we waited for our food for quite some time. My husband asked where our food was and the gentleman sincerely apologized and thought it was a to-go order, so it was boxed and staying warm atop the oven. He immediately gave the food to us and it was some of the best pizza we have had and we are food connoisseurs. The gentleman made everything right and checked on us to ensure all was well. We will definitely return! We created our own pizza with gyro, red onion, and pepperoncini…it was DE-LISH!!!
