My last 2 orders in the drive through have been correct (and yummy) and my family’s breakfast today was delicious! They could improve a bit by cleaning the plastic shield around/under the coffee spigots more than once a day because the coffee drops build up fast. Food was at our table quickly and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Great option for a quick meal for my kids.Thank you Panera team!

I had such a terrible experience. I bought a $300 gift card here and received 6 free bonus cards for $10 each, but they gave me an expired bonus card, so I told them about the date and they said not to worry and that I could use it, but later I went to use it, but they said I couldn't use it because the date had passed and they got angry at me and said there was no way. I showed them the proof of gift card purchase and said it was ridiculous, and only then did they write a note and say I could only use it this timeI ended up using something I bought with my own money, and even though they said they wouldn't compensate me for all 6 items, I doubt these people are scammers. Most Panera stores are very unfriendly and lack basic common sense

Wow. I will NEVER return to this location again. I ordered a Latte and got a Large cup of milk, ice, and a drop of coffee. See pictured. ANYONE that knows what a Latte looks like KNOWS THIS IS NOT IT! TOTAL RIP OFF! Charged me $6 dollars!! I had to go across the street to Dutch Brothers to get a real latte. I am LIVID. See the difference in the photos. While I know Panera is not known for coffee it sure should not be diluting people's drinks to save money and serve something a dog would not drink.

Been coming to this Panera for few weeks now because the one in my city isn’t as clean. Your staff is also really friendly and sweet. Dakota is always there when come in for lunch and he’s always so sweet. I also want to say, This is the only Panera in Collin county that keeps their coffee hot and I really appreciate that.

A great place for dinner out with a group of good friends. Wonderful soups, sandwiches, pastries, and more. The Southwest Chicken Melt is exceptional. Call me old school, but the automated ordering kiosks are just a bit too impersonal.

A. Half bowl of soup.B. All of the booths in 1 area were moved together for cleaning, but vacuuming. Meanwhile the worker puts chairs on table, then sweeps others areas. It is only 7:30 pm. He s acting like they are closing any minute when they are open unytil10pm. He vacuums next to customers. ?swept other areas.
