I ordered online and when I came to pick up my pizza there was no employees at the front and no one came to greet me or make sure I was grabbing the right order on top of all of that I got food poisoning from the food here however it was good pizza just wouldn’t eat it again for sanitary reasons.

PM is great for having a good hot pizza fresh from the oven without the hassle of having all the ingredients.We also like the value, great prices and friendly staff.We recommend PM and have tried many of the items on the menu.The Cowboy and the Big New Yorker are our favorites.

Horrible experience, called in around 11:30am and set up a pick up like we normally do for Halloween pumpkin pizza, and a few other items. Plans have changed with the kids so we tried to call and move up our pick up time. Couldn’t get through so we went to ask in person or see if it was ready around 5:30pm. Got here and had a “manager” who either doesn’t like her job or is having a bad day, completely rude said “you’re lucky I’m giving you the pizza”. Never going back, horrible service. She ended up taking the pizza back and asked us to leave. Never had such a horrible experience.

This is not a review of the pizza bc I haven't tried it - because I called to ask how well the pizza does in the freezer. The man on the phone said, "It's pretty good, I guess." I asked if it was better than 'pretty good' before it was frozen. "No, I don't think so."Based on the employees opinion I decided not to try it.
Worst pizza we have had in a long time. Used to always go to location on Stone Briar (now closed). Have given Hardin location several opportunities but today will be the last. Poor quality, dry (even though extra cheese and sauce was purchased). Pizza actually seperared from crust. No gooey cheese just yuck is the only way to describe it. We actually cooked a pizza and 2 calzones and threw over half away. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. To top it off they don't even carry the cinnamon wheels anymore either. We always added apples and oatmeal for a great dessert and leftover breakfast. Well I guess it was good while it lasted.

This Papa Murphy's uses Uber Eats for delivery, so I decided to order from them on the app. I ordered well-within their operating hours and expected no issues. To my surprise, the restaurant arbitrarily cancelled my order. No reason given. They're only excuse for themselves... "sorry".Cool. They must not need the money! Good for them.! Please do this restaurant a favor: Don't order from them. Don't visit the store. Don't eat their product. They don't need the money. And apparently providing THEIR ONLY PURPOSE ON THE PLANET, and on a Friday nonetheless, is an inconvenience. Let's do them a favor and make sure they get their wish... and go out of business. Avoid this place like the plague. The WORST customer service in town. Bye.

Ordered a 5 meat stuffed and a Chicago style stuffed both were missing topping called and the Manger offerd me a $3.50 credit on an almost $50.00 order smh told them they can keep the $3.50 and have a nice
