Last three times we have ordered from this location the dough was spoiled. I couldn't figure out what it was until yesterday and we realized the toppings on the pizza tastes fine but the dough was so spoiled. They need to make sure they are using new dough and not letting it just be pre made and sit for days and days. It has been gross

Will be my last visit here for a while. Declining and inconsistent quality. Portions and quality of salads poor. They seem pretty put out when you walk in and order. But website and app are hard to use. Money would be better spent elsewhere, especially now since they nickel and dime for things they didn't use to.

8:37 Friday night 4/2. When I walked in the 2 people working were cleaning up like the store was closed. When I asked if they were closed, 1 answered Yes. When I asked What time do you close?, the other answered "9:00" - and when I looked puzzled, she told me I "could buy a pre-made one." No thanks. Would've taken probably 3 minutes to make a pizza for me. IOW, done 20 minutes before closing time. Really not o.k.

I walked in to get a pizza to take home. There is a huge “open” sign on the door. When I walked in the girl behind the counter asked if I was picking up, and I said no I needed to have them make one. She said sorry but we close in 10 min (it was actually 14 min) and can’t make you a pizza. I said what? She said sorry it’s too close to closing and then she told the other girl behind the counter to start putting the lids on everything. I couldn’t believe it. She said she would sell me something that was already made , but my wife is vegetarian and all they had were meat pizzas. I am so disappointed in this location. The owners would be ashamed if they knew how this staff treated a paying customer. This will be the last visit to this location.

Wish I can choose negative stars. It's not rocket science taking an order and configuring a pizza (even my 2 year can do this literally on his "pizza toy"). Saw that the girl got the order wrong when I arrived home. Called and told her about the issue (she was very UNapologetic at first) wanting the difference refunded (what I received was cheaper). She said "well it's only a dollar difference"... Initially refusing to giving my money back. After some words were exchanged, she finally said she would get the manger to call me back first thing in the morning to get me my refund and so that I can speak with the manager about my complaint. It's well into afternoon and no calls (I double checked and she said she had my phone number in the system/order). This incompetent person should not have a job. Not a good contributor to society, especially with everything that's going on. MUCH more intelligent and hard working people out there.

This was my 1st time buying pizza like this and it was fast and pizza was great! I will buy again!
Didn't know it was so difficult to add jalapeños instead of pickles to tell me later - that's a dollar more!!! What happened to being kind and saying it's normally $1 more but I'll do it this time!! Also, I wished I had known it was Monday all meat deal! Though the guy would have been more rude ! OMG. This is the worst tasting pizza! Barf! My daughter threw up!!!
