Everything was great until I got to the cashier. Very dismissive and rude. I’ve came here a couple other times with no problem, great customer service. But this time the girl with the two French braids served me. I tried to start small talk and she ignored me which would have been fine until she started straight up trying to make me feel stupid. I saw her put food from the counter back into my salad and I asked to get a replacement. She started talking back instead of making a solution. Just found it a bit disrespectful

I love Salata but this is the first time at this location. The place was not very clean and floors were very sticky. I thought it was just where I was but then my daughter said the same thing. It was through out the restaurant and even worse in the bathroom. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

I bought tea with my lunch and it tasted weird so I didn’t drink it and I left it in my car overnight and the next morning when the ice had melted my son was like mom that’s gross there’s mold than your drink and I looked and there’s a whole bunch of slimy, moldy pieces floating around in my tea I called up here to let them know and they literally couldn’t have cared less. They said they clean their machines all the time and we’re just like oh well.

Rating this location 2 stars. I love Salata and have never given a bad rating but I was disappointed in the quality of food at this location. The lettuce was wilted and that is the most important ingredient in a salad. Also, the other containers with vegetables didn’t look fresh. Again, this was an odd visit because I normally have a good experience with Salata. Guessing it’s just a location issue.

Unfortunately this was the 3rd time my wife and I were left feeling like the servers on the line was purposely giving as little as possible unless we asked for more. This visit was more like a hustle than a Tuesday evening dinner for $30 for 2 wraps. Not pleased!!!!!

I would have to l give this place 5 stars due to the wonderful options they have. I love salads but even more so with all I can put in it. I love the jalapeño avocado dressing they have there along with with spicy chipotle dressing. You can also choose what kind of protein to add to your salad. I really enjoy the peta chips they have there. The place is clean and everyone there is nice. It's a great lunch spot.
