First few times I came here it was awesome. Great people, great food and drinks. However, the last three months I've gone twice and was disappointed. The first was not bad, but waiting 10 minutes on two drinks in an empty drive thru was concerning plus the drinks were about 3/4 full and more watery than smoothie and the rest was filled with whipped cream. Now today, two drinks and our vertigo smoothie looked nothing like it should. Cashier was short and didn't say anything but price and a "see ya" after handing out our drinks. Personally, I hold Scooters to a standard after managing one for 4 years. I may have to start driving by this one from now on and just keep going to the next one.

First time trying yall guys out the cashier was a pretty cool dude.... But as far as the spicy sausage burrito I order was cold at the thick end and I ended up getting sick all day I'm hoping to pass it soon but I'm at a total of 8 times so far please please please make sure the temperature of the food is the same all over.

We went in after a morning walk at Bonnie Wenk Park on a chilly morning. We ordered medium coffee and small hot chocolate. Even though we were the only ones in the store,it took them really long to make the hot chocolate, whilst other customers walked in. Then my SO's hot chocolate tasted really weird. They called out for another caramel latte meanwhile. I can't help but think they mixed up our orders. I checked with the barista about what they put in the hot chocolate since it tasted really different, they said it was just chocolate syrup and milk. My SO threw away her $4 hot chocolate because they didn't want to admit they mixed up the orders.Coffee was not good either, not going back!

This place is my wife’s and mine favorite place. I get the peanut butter crunch blender and she gets a strawberry smoothie. They are both wonderful! We also love the maple waffle sandwich. My wife and I just love Andrew at the window. He remembers us he also remembers our wedding coming up cus he is so polite and cares about his customers. I wish every place had a guy like Andrew. Scooters did a hell of a job when they hired this guy!

They finally have a local scooters and lemme tell youhhhhh OBSESSED. They have great food choices that always hit the spot. Their coffee blows Starbucks out of the water any day. The staff are accommodating and are always ready to help with any questions or recommendations!Dietary restrictions: Different milk substitutes than just almond milk!Kid-friendliness: Many picky eater friendly options as well as kid friendly options for both drinks and food.

Half and half, creamer was rancid, old & curdled…Disgustingly coated my mouth and cup with nasty old half and half, creamer…Time to clean!!! ??? this was my fav place to get coffee…? won’t be back
