I decided to give this Sonic one more chance. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. Maybe that was the day Bryce had a bad day. I stopped and ordered breakfast again. Bryce was the one who brought my food to me. And he was back to his nice sweet self. Food was just as I ordered it. It was great. And Bryce was super nice and professional. I am super glad I gave them another chance!!Worst experience I have ever had at Sonic!!!! Very rude car hop that brought my food!!! Took 33 minutes to get food that was cold when I got it. Drink was watered down when I got it like it had been sitting for a while. I was not happy at all and when I grabbed the bag my food was in and grabbed my drink the car hop, I think his name was Bryce, said "you don't have to be rude." That was very unprofessional being that he is the one that was being rude. He never apologized for the wait. Just said "here" when he brought it to me. I will NEVER go back to this Sonic again. And I usually stop here every day. My whole family will be giving our business to someone else from now on.

I was driving back home to Sherman and had my young grandsons we stopped and ordered. I ordered popcorn chicken which was old tasting and cold and fries were cold and I didn't receive a receipt either. You pay lots of money and you would like fresh food and it doesn't take a long time to cook I worked in fast food when I was in high school we never gave food that had been sitting around. So disappointed wishing I had my receipt and this is my first time to try this Sonic such a disappointment. Also a long trip home. Couldn't even get a hold of anyone vioce mail full. I hope someone will answer this Thank you

I stopped by this Sonic this evening around 7:00 pm. Pushed the red button to order and no one ever answered. I mean never..5-10 minutes. So I moved to another spot. Pushed the red button. 5 minutes later I ordered. After I ordered and paid at the kiosk they never came with my order. And I mean 17 minutes later no order. So I left and won't be back.

If you're going to offer a breakfast burrito, at least learn how to roll a burrito, otherwise, offer it as what it really is. An open-ended incredibly messy something that immediately unrolls and becomes more like an uncooked flat pizza on a soft tortilla. This is not your thing. Fried with high cholesterol is your thing. Stick with that.

I’m really not the type to complain a lot but it’s been three times I always don’t like tomatoes because I’m allergic to tomatoes and each time I’ve asked they gave me tomatoes and you know I am allergic to tomatoes and I thought something would change this this month. I came in for a number three with a no tomato andx, an it’s is the same , Cristina was the cashier tht would attend me and if ask of her if everything is okay. But my burger was made wrong
