They always mess up our order. We have been there multiple times even though the service is slow. My drinks are messed up leaving the kids sad.

We got drinks and popcorn chicken with honey mustard. Chicken was fresh and drinks were mixed nicely ( Cherry Coke and Cranberry Sprite). Fast service and friendly staffParking: Lots of spots and in a good location so pretty easy to get out of.

Waited over 30 minutes for lukewarm food. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sides. I watched some of the workers just standing around while a lot of people are waiting. Some cars even left.

Order a Super Sonic Cheese burger and the new pickle fries. The cheese burger was cold and tasted like it had been out for a while. The pickle fries were very soggy and disappointing. The lady who brought out my food was friendly. But I'm not sure if I would be going back to this location.

This order experience was horrible. I noticed pickle fries were available, so I placed an order at the kiosk as the app didn't indicate they had them. When I received my order, they did not include any ranch for the buffalo jumbo chicken! When I placed my order, I specifically pointed out, several times, that they did not mark the tator tots as well done., hence I had to send those back. But wait, there's another issue! The large pickle fries only filled the carton half way!!! They couldn't even give me a decent amount for how expensive these are. They remade those and I had to wait. While I was waiting I noticed my coke had extra ice, not easy ice as indicated on the order-- didn't want anything extra in my drink so I didn't say anything. However, I forgot to check the buffalo jumbo chicken. When I got home, my wife noticed there wasn't really any sauce on them!!!! What the hell is wrong with customer service these days?

The wait time is ridiculous, you can hardly hear through their speakers and Edgar who brought our food was so rude. While you’re talking to him he just walks away and not even bothered to listen. They have no customer service and they messed up our order and we didn’t realize till we left.

Workers are unbelievably rude. Constantly cut you off while trying to order and rushing everything. And then got an attitude when we told them what they had rung up was the wrong items. Will never return to this location.

This location is fast and has friendly service! Definitely worth the extra drive to come here vs the location on Lake Forest.
You have to ask the carhops for your change or else they will keep it for a tip. That's dishonest. If I'm tipping you I will tell you.

I tagged along with someone who needed a Dr Pepper on this 100 degree Texas day. I had no intention of getting anything....That's where the trouble began. Pulling up in the only available stall( yes super busy) I could help but notice all the subliminal signs everywhere. They do a great job of enticing you to crawl into the web.I haven't been to a Sonic in years but,the ginormous sign with the golden corn dog on it sold me instantly.Yes it was good... probably good enough to draw me back in someday

Went there to get shakes, ordered and waited for 30 minutes. The card reader wasn't working and when we called back to ask about our order they said it would take a little longer, no worries, but when the majority of all the other cars are ordering and getting there food before us after they ordered behind us. There was one man who seemed to be working while the teenagers there were on their cell phones. Won't return to this location. Terrible service has really gone down hill at this location.

I ordered an OREO blast. So like I would expect to get.. you know.. Oreo. But no. Only topped with a few pieces of Oreos. No blended oreo. Quite disappointing and very misleading. Reminds me of the time my ex wife Cheryl left me and took the kids. Very heart breaking and disappointing, I want that to be the last thing that I think about when I eat my Oreo shake. Below I will attach a picture of what I expected to be served, and then what i did got served instead unfortunately. Reminds me of the time I got served with my divorce papers. Cheryl, I miss you.
