Their prices that ring up and their prices on the sign are different. When I told them about it they said they don’t control the pricing. I tried to order 2 different drinks to see if it was the same issue, and it was. I’m not shy to say I’m on an exact budget. How are people supposed to budget properly for something when the price clearly states what it is, then they arrive and ring it up and it’s more? Starbucks needs to fix this.

I go to this Starbucks everyday to get my mid afternoon matcha and the staff is always so kind. They remember my order and make polite conversation every time. They are always quick and efficient in the drive thru as well!
I order the same drink with 3/4 milk almost every day during the week. For some reason when I went this weekend my cup had maybe 1 ounce of milk with the rest being whipped cream. My sisters hot drink also came out cold and we were told it’s because we didn’t specifically say ‘steamed milk’. It was my understanding that HOT drink should come out HOT, but maybe that’s just every other cafe.

Every time I get a cold brew or latte, it tastes like there is NO sweetener. Today I got an ice chestnut praline latte that was supposed to have 4 pumps of syrup, and yet it’s bitter espresso and milk ?♀️ this location sucks.

This is the best Starbucks in the WORLD! The staff is what makes this place great! Everyday I walk through the door I am greeted by name. 9/10 baristas know my very ridiculous drink order by heart! It’s just not me.. I’ve watched the employees interact with other customers and they service is exceptional across the board!
