the customer service skills at that location are are poor..... they are rude ND talk to people any type of way ND the food is trash.

Literally they always close way before their hours. Was here an hour and 15 minutes before close and they were "closed". Plus their drinks are always terrible

The food was fresh but had a hard time with the cashier . She didnt tell me that I would have to pay for extra sauce which i think is silly considering i got some very hot wings . She could have communicated that more effectively. Not nice

RIP off. Items are higher at this store than the other Taco Bell locations. Cheesy bean and rice burrito is 1.00 everywhere else, here it's 1.49. The burrito was the smallest one I've ever had at a location too. So, paying 50% more but getting less. Drinks are more here as well. Won't be coming back to this location. Suggest going to one of the other 3 locations within 5-10 minutes around this one.

Every time I go here its something, they only have 1-2 workers , no one will show up at the drive through even when they are clearly open, and im always missing food when I go to the drive thru. i get it happens, but everytime is ridiculous and I don't suggest this

Thanks Maria. I just ordered $23 bucks worth of Taco Bell and Maria only provided 10 hot sauce packages. When I asked for more she told me that it was enough sauce for what I ordered.... When I told her I use one sauce pack for half a bite and sometimes a full bite she said she wouldn't give me any more...Hope the extra few hot sauce packets were worth losing a customer .

Worst location i have ever been to. $75 worth of food the TB was good but anything chicken was hard as a rock. Even the original was so hard i couldn’t eat it. One of the strips were so hard i couldnt even pull it apart was like pure rubber..Threw it all away. Never go back.
Worst Bean Burrito Ever!!! It was more like a bean soup burrito, really runny with no soft whole beans, just small hard bean pieces!!! It tasted like they mixed too much water and dehydrated bean pieces together and then scooped it onto a flour tortilla before it had a chance to sit and soften up!!! Come on Taco Bell…. You can do better than this!!!

The people were short with me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. They were out of the food I wanted. The receipt printer wasn't working so I had to wait quite a while for them to figure out how to get one printed.

I told the managers that the worker never gave me my card back and the managers acted as if they didn’t care and kept telling me to leave. I would never go back there the whole time they kept talking over the headset and laughing! After I told the general manager about it she kept saying she can’t rewind the cameras or do anything about it
