Honestly, I’d be amazed if you could actually get one order completely right. I don’t think that’s ever happened. Doesn’t matter how you order. Online, pickup, door dash, etc. it’s never actually what you ordered. There’s always something missing every single time. At least you’re consistent in not being able to execute no matter the medium it was ordered through.It’s exactly what I would expect from a Taco Bell.Sub par at best.Don’t go into it with your hopes up unless you enjoy being disappointed. Because they’ll surely disappoint you every single time.

The food is fairly consistent, but good luck getting sauce in the drive thru. I request "a lot of hot" every time and have consistently gotten no sauce or 2 packs for 6+ food items. Today, they rang up "6 sauces" with my order and I came home to none in the bag.

Food is horrible and cold. Bad customer service. Just overall yuck ? went through drive through around noon. And today, decided i would try breakfast. Website says open 8am. They are closed. Had to go to chick fil a next door. This taco bell sucks.

The lady at the drive through does not speak English well enough to understand what you’re ordering. This is the second time I’ve had this lady and she’s misunderstood me to where it ends up becoming frustrating to deal with over a drive through intercom system.I ordered 2 chicken power bowls, both without dairy (sour cream, cheese, ranch dressing). I named all of them off.She added extra sour cream, extra ranch, and extra cheese.I said “no I don’t want any cheese or sour cream or ranch”The actually doubled my order to 4 power bowls….It’s that point I just said “forget it” and drive away. I don’t want to pay for something I can eat because I’m allergenic to it.She should not be on drive through service.It was the same the last time this happened with her.I just won’t come to this location again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the three soft tacos from Taco Bell. The flavor was delightful, and the texture of the tortillas was perfect. A satisfying experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

TLDR: they messed up my order, and went above and beyond trying to make it right. Staff was amazing, prompt, and professional in resolving my issue. Thank you so much.Story:Tonight I gave 0 stars on door dash, and I’m not sure how to take it back. I doordashed qty2 grilled cheese burrito, substituted with chicken. Upon arrival, the burrito had been grilled, but was cold upon arrival. The cheese was thrown on as if it was a last minute thought. When opened it made a mess, immediately falling out of the wrapper. The burrito itself was essentially a chicken quesadilla in burrito form. None of the ingredients were present.Normally I just try and deal with it, but it was so bad that every bite made me more angry.I decided it was worth getting in the car to take it back, and explained to the staff my dissatisfaction. Let me tell you. These guys were super empathetic and respectful. They remade the order promptly and wished me a safe drive home.All I wanted was my burritos made right. And I found in my bag some cinnamon twists which was a nice gesture. As I finished my food, I noticed they had slipped some coupons for free tacos, which they absolutely did not have to do. I was touched by their willingness to resolve the issue above and beyond what I had asked for.This 5 star review, reflects the staff tonight. Thank you to the young man at the front for dealing with me. And for the supervisor for backing him up. You guys are awesome and I appreciate the level of your customer service tonight. If I can find a way to delete my previous rating on DoorDash, I will. Have a good night, and be safe on your way home.
