Mike who is a young African American male called me broke when he is African American and working at a Taco Bell if I had a day in it I would say it is friendly fire when he calls people broke he also said he drives a 2023 dodge hellcat 170 demon and o know he is lying becuase he works at Taco Bell and can not afford a 100,00$ car. If he does have one then he stole because hellcats are known to be stolen by people of his ethnicity. I WANT HIM FIRED????????????
Another edit: still sucks. Closed at 1am despite it being listed as till 3am.I'm done, I give up. For years, this location has consistently been out of drinks, and base ingredients. The drive thru takes an hour, and it's not because they're busy.I feel sorry for their staff, the consistently bad experience is clearly management sucking. There's like 5 ingredients, I don't get why this seems so hard for this location to figure out. For the people that work here, you deserve better. You have other options, go to them.Edit to reply to owner:You make it right by fixing the fundamental problem at your location, not by trying to appease me with coupons for free tacos this location will no doubt screw the order up with... The night crew is an absolute joke. The wait at the drive thru is atrocious and there is always something wrong with the food. This place only gets business because it’s a chain or it would never. Burn this place to the ground and start over.Tried this place again tonight to come to rock hard cinnabons 2 of the 4 burritos wrong (3 burritos were the same?). They should fire everyone on the night shift, I mean this is ridiculous. How hard is it to work at taco bell???

Ordered at drive through and asked to park in front. Order never came. Went inside and had to wait because they lost it. When they did finally bring it out it was wrong.
The crew working Friday night around 7 messed up my order twice. Placed my order through the drive thru and my order was correct on the screen. Got home and was missing one item, was given two tacos instead of cheesy gordita crunches, and 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos were messed up. Returned back and was given a replacement order. The woman at the front tried her best to help but I have to assume whoever's making the orders has some difficulty reading. Because the new order still had two wrong burritos and the crunches were made incorrectly. I wish I could say they were busy but there was one family already eating inside and maybe 1 car in the drive thru.
