My husband and I came in tonight, around 8:45pm, for a quick bite to eat. Never again. Terrible food, awful customer service. When my hubby asked for salsa, the girl at the front, slapped the salsa down so hard on our tray that it plopped into my nachos. She showed us utter contempt for coming in and was propped up on the cash register on her phone, when we left. Our regular sized bean burritos were the size of party burritos. My bean and cheese nachos could not have had more than three tablespoons of beans on them and the queso had zero flavor and was watery. This place is completely disgusting.

Be careful! I went last Thursday through the drive thru line and ordered food. A woman working the window handed me my drink as I handed her my credit card. While waiting, a young man came to the window and handed me my order. I drove away without my card...my fault, however, within 2 hours I had several fraudulent charges on my card! I have tried calling the store multiple times to report, but they never answer their phone. This might be a common occurrence here so I would go somewhere that has a scanner that you don't need to hand anyone your card. Don't be a victim like I was!

This was the worst in the past year. The lettuce in my tacos was brown, mushy, watery and slimy. I stopped eating because I did not want to get sick. This has very much declined in service and quality. I'm not sure I can go back to this one again even though it is by my house. New management really needs to be considered if the owner/corporation wants any form of profit from this location. So sad this could be better.

I'm a regular (one could argue to a worrying degree) and I always have a good experience. The food is consistent and the staff is super friendly. A special shout out to Ana who is super kind, keeps traffic running smoothly, and is very quick to fix any mistake on an order if there is one! Personally, if I worked the hours she did, I'd be drained by the time the dinner rush came around.

Disgusting food.. during my 3 weeks stay in mckinney tx. i decided to give this a try and boy...l thought taco bell is bad but this is worst than taco bell..l ordered3 items and the only one l finished eating was the cheesecake chimi l also had some stomach pain probsbly from th salsa they have in the open bar.. unless you eat garbage then this is for you.. otherwise stay away

This is by far the worst fast foot restaurant in Mckinney TX. I have given them multiple chances but to no avail. Never have I received my order correctly, case in point chicken and cheese quesadilla with no cheese, no salsa which we ordered. How does a company stay in business with such incompetence?

I don’t usually feel the need to leave reviews for fast food places unless I have an awful experience. However, I see so many negative reviews for the location that I didn’t experience. It seems like most of the issues are at peak times (these workers are only human and make mistakes. I know I did) or near closing time (they’re probably closing the kitchen and getting ready to go home before you pull up, so I understand them being grumpy.) put yourself in their shoes in both situations before you go off on a rant on google.My experience was amazing. The gentleman that took my order in the drive thru was very polite. He waited for me to dig through change to find 50 cents and chuckled and said “no problem!” When I kept apologizing for not being prepared. He seemed to be running the window and front on his own, so he deserves to be congratulated/rewarded for having a great demeanor. The food was also hot, which is hardly ever the case for me with fast food like this. I was really just craving a bean burrito and it did not disappoint!! Lol. It was the most stuffed burrito I’ve had from taco bueno and was so hot I had to wait to eat it. I will definitely make the extra drive to this location!!*Stay fat. Stay happy* ;)
