Wrong order they missed one taco. Due to timing I didn’t went back to correct the order. But I am disappointed because the salsa was spoiled.

This place is really awful, just absolute terrible service. I pulled up to the drive thru, sat there saying ‘hello’ for about 5 minutes with nobody answering. Pulled up to the window and saw 2 ladies and a guy ‘just chilling’. They saw me and they dispersed like they were busy. This happened about 9pm today. Please do better.

The new manager Chris is trying really hard to turn this location around. I have been a customer of this McKinney TC for 20 plus years and the food and service has never been better. Thanks Chris and current staff. I can definitely see, feel and taste the difference.

Ordered bacon, egg and cheese breakfast tacos online and made the mistake of assuming they would give me what I ordered. I was given bean and bacon tacos with none of the cheese I paid extra for. The salsa they gave me was also not what I ordered. When I called the store they were not helpful and even lied to me and said they had none of the salsa de fuego that I had seen myself out at the store. Very disappointing experience.

Not too sure why everyone here has an absolute awful attitude. I’m not talking about kissing up to the person they’re serving but just awful in general. It’s a huff if you say one minute at the speaker, aggressive at the drive thru window, and one time an employee forgot to turn off their mic and called me and my mom the b word. In such a hurry all the time but somehow the food still takes forever and 4/5 times I go there’s multiple things wrong with the order- and don’t try calling to let them know, they will NOT answer. As a training store please do better I’d personally stop going but $3 margaritas you can’t beat or mess up.

DELIVERY DRIVERS STAY AWAY AT NIGHT. LOBBY'S CLOSED & WAIT TIME IS ABSURD
Haven't been to a TC in about a year, so decided to stop in at one on a trip. When I walked in, straight away was told they don't do inside orders anymore. Nothing on the doors to say this. This is also an issue as I have a pickup with CB antenna on it, so I can't go thru the drive thru.

I hadn’t heard great things but I love Mexican food and wanted something inexpensive but decent. Was expecting something better than Taco Bell but I would have preferred them. Prices are not good for what they offer.

It would be nice if the store hours were updated on here. Pulled up at 10:30pm and the woman we clearly saw standing at the window didn’t even let us know they were closed. Google shows 12am closing time.
