One star is too much for this place. I recently had the misfortune of dining at "The Grind Burger". Our family meet there because many people from Facebook was recommending this place. However, I must say it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a place that was dirty beyond belief. The overall atmosphere was uninviting and unsanitary, which immediately put me off.To make matters worse, the service was incredibly rude. The staff seemed disinterested and had an air of indifference towards the customers. I was met with a dismissive attitude.Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered a burger, the patty was undercooked, the veggies painfully sour. I couldn't eat them. I couldn't even take a single bite without cringing. Shortly after leaving the restaurant, I developed severe food poisoning.To complete the experience 4 burgers, 2 fries and 4 fountain drinks were $90 dollars!!!!

Waited 10 minutes until I had to ask the guy sweeping to get me a beer at the bar. Tried to place an order employee made me walk 2 feet to the register to place my order as I'm sitting at the bar. Ordered the burger medium rare. I like rare, they gave me raw ground beef. I was starving, took 3 bites, realized it was completely raw. Ate the Walmart style truffle fries instead. Every time you wanted something you had to go find the bartender and ask if they could come to the bar and pour a beer. There are 7 customers there and they are all at the bar. Woke up with food poisoning. Would recommend to people I don't like.

The burgers are great, but the service still not the greatest. Returned to this place after several months after a bad experience to give them another shot. Not a huge fan of draft craft beer being served in a frozen glass. This introduces water into the beer and affects the flavor. Then our server went to the soda fountain machine to fill a jar with water that he then served us. Lastly, the burgers don't automatically come with fries, that's a separate charge. But like I said, the burgers are really good. But took 20 min from sitting down to get our food and we were on a lunch break from work. Usually, faster food prep is preferred in this case.

The food is subpar (understatement). For $11 /the nachos were a handful (a literal handful) of cold chips w/ burned hamburger chunks and some cheesy sauce dribbled on them. The food is not good (so very, very not good) and VERY expensive for nothing enjoyable. Come here for a drink and a chat and the very nice staff. Get a burger at Sonic

Burger was a little dry, but it was a nice presentation. The toppings were placed good. The blackened fries were very spicy and flavorful. Get them extra crispy! Plenty of seating but a little on the pricy side of burger places.

Really enjoyed a Grind burger and great service with B the bartender. A burger very well seasoned tender and juicy.. Definitely a great place to enjoy good food, drinks and service while watching the the favorite sport event.

We were starving and decided to try out this spot since we were closed by. Customer service almost doesn’t exit, ambience is ok, burgers and pub type of environment. We were obviously confused as what or how to order since no one greeted us and to give a menu. We started looking at the menu online and finally someone came to help. After ordering a kids meal of chicken tenders that came with fries and a drink. We were under the impression that the burgers also came as a meal, but no. All burgers are priced at $11.50-$12.50 or build your own. None comes with fries or drinks and you will have to order them separately. We spent about $90 for lunch with 3 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 tray of fries, fried pickles, and a kids meal. Burgers was alright, bottom bun and edge of my patty was hard. It’s just not worth it.

I went to The Grind this afternoon and the service was amazing! The young man working this shift was extremely kind and attentive. The young lady that was also working was very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was definitely a great one to be in. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to great service! You are all very much appreciated!

Sadly! Unfortunately my experience was bull and unsatisfied. The most heartening thing I in my opinion is that fries are separate from the burger and the burger is twelve dollars and fifty cents. It was disturbing when the patty wasn’t big!! A small fry is five dollars and fifty cents. My total come out to be nineteen dollars and seventy five cents with no drink nor dessert. I truly don’t see why both prices are so outrageous.. I found nothing special about the meal.In and Out burger would be much more satisfying on price, portion size and flavor!Atmosphere is normal there is a bar, tables chairs, tvs in the wall, I even sworn away a gnat a few times. I received my meal within a decent time frame and haven’t been checked on since well until I asked for the check.From my experience..and within my opinion..…There’s no big bang but the bang on your buck!!
We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. My husband went to pick it up and waited until the bartender finished making drinks. The bartender told him he recognized the name but it was probably still in the back being made. Then someone from the kitchen came and gave someone else their order and asked my husband what the name on the order was. It had been on the counter for some time. When he brought it home, all of our food was cold. I tried to reheat the fries but they got worse. My burger was awful. We called and spoke with Josh who told me the manager would call me today about a refund. We never got a call and I’ve called several times this evening and no one answers the phone. I can’t believe we spent $43 on this! It was horrible. What’s worse is the lack of follow-up.

The beer selection they have here on tap is always great ?. It’s also very convenient there’s a beer store next door that always has the beer served here on tap, available in store. The food is also very good and the staff is super friendly. My kids love playing on the mini arcade every time we come here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, very family friendly.

Ordered a BUFFALO chicken sandwich.. this is what I found when I got home. Where is the BUFFALO sauce? How do you forget the BUFFALO sauce on a BUFFALO chicken sandwich. Won’t be back.
