Shake, wonderfulFries, fresh, though I had to go inside since they didn't put them inside my bagWhataCatch, the fish was done okay. HOWEVER, one side of my bun had clearly been toasted for a different sandwich, got cold and was used on mine. It wasn't stale, just hard as a rock.All this after waiting in Drive thru line almost 30 minutes. I would have at least expected the bun to be either toasted or at least fresh.

Sometimes a business does something that blows you away. But it’s absolutely never a fast food restaurant. This time I was left in awesome. I won’t put them on blast because I know how the public is and I’ll leave the ball in their court to continue their practices but… it’s absolutely worth the rating. Let’s just say my drive through order was in correct when I got home. And when I called it in, they made it right in an away that you wouldn’t expect it from a fast food joint. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond.
I felt extremely let down by this Whataburger. Despite previous positive experiences ordering for the office, my last two visits within the last 30 days were disappointing. The food was served cold, prompting me to return to the drive-thru line three times before deciding on a refund. I'm thoroughly disappointed and have no plans to return.

Most fast food services are typically iffy at bes but I have to say Salma at this location made me rethink that. I ordered some chili cheese fries and I got home and opened the box It looked like they forgot the chili. I called the store and Salma answered the phone a was truly amazing. She apologized with kindness and offered to deliver a new order to my house! I told her it was ok but she demanded and delivered to my door steps. Salma, they are lucky to have you, and thank you for taking pride in what you do. We need more people like you.
Consistently great service. Crispy hash browns every time. I literally tell people to go to this location for their hash browns alone. Great food. Friendly too.

My drive-through experience was wonderful this morning! The food came out quickly, and I was greeted at the takeout window by an employee named Andrew, who was so engaging and full of smiles. In my opinion, this one employee is the best representative I have ever run into at Whataburger. Please give him a raise! You don’t want to lose such a gem!!
