Wanted to share a picture of my sandwich but I was so hungry haha!So I was craving a good sandwich but was debating between here and subway and I’m so glad I came here. Hadn’t been here since 5 years or more i think and I asked for a chicken regular size and fries! And it was the most fresh sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The fries were hot and crispy!The cashier was super nice and helped me out , because since it had been such a long time I had been here I didn’t know how to order. Will sure come back !! The place looks impecable as well.

The little volume of meat doesn't match the very high price. Quality is decent, It feels like you are eating just toppings. How about making a sandwich that people crave?

i heard such good things about this place, i ordered my sub and it was really underwhelming. really skimpy on the meats, heavy on the veg. the bread was nice

Dry bread, sandwiches made wrong, ordering kiosks are poorly designed and confusing. Staff was probably doing what they were told but not properly trained in customer service.Typical mediocre experience in franchised America. We should be able to do better.

This will always be the superior sandwich shop. Over any other shop around. The food is always freshly prepared, and I love how the bread isn't chewy like at subway. The new cookies they provide are really good. The flavor combinations are endless. I can't wait to try the philly cheese steak next time. The fries are pretty decent and you get enough to fill you up. They go best with the honey mustard sauce. The establishment here is clean and well lit. The wait was pretty quick. We got our food within 10ish minutes. Highly recommend any which Wich around.
For a sandwich place, they were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the choices. Definitely a must try.

Good sandwiches but I'm not a fan of the touch screen ordering. The paper bags with options worked perfectly. The touch screen would be great if they had all the ingredients listed, like the bags, so you could add or remove toppings (important for picky eaters like myself). An example is the inability to remove mayo from the Wicked - I had to put it in the remarks and hope the order came out right. They're also missing details on cookies and you don't know what it is until you walk up to the old ordering area.

We love the food, but the new touch screen ordering system is confusing to navigate. Took us a minute to figure out how to add/modify the toppings for our sandwich.Next time we will definitely go back to using the paper when ordering.After we did get it ordered, they still got one of the sandwiches wrong. They fixed it and remade the sandwich, though.

I came here for the first time this past week. It was suggested by the cashier that her favorite was the Cali Club, I am a Cali girl so why not. It consists of Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions & Mayo. The first bite was delicious however not enough ingredients it looks nothing like the picture, I actually had to add more meat to it from my fridge. The bread was tasty and fresh however not worth $10.00. I may be back for the $6.00 Wednesday special.

Ordered my sandwich on wheat, unwrapped it in the car and found the sub on white. Promptly brought it back in to the store where I told the clerk it was on white when I asked for wheat. She told me that I said white. I told her I said wheat because I can't eat white. Can't believe she was actually arguing with me about what I said with me having to defend myself! She had an attitude the entire time remaking my sandwich and giving it to me whereas earlier she was very pleasant towards me.
