Do not order from this location , I’ve ordered 12 piece and hot wings from here. The 12 piece chicken dark was spoiled and smelled weird , when I cut through the pieces , thr meat was black af, threw away the 12 piece , the 6 piece wings were salty ,

This one doesn't taste like the one in the hood. Fries wasn't fresh feels re heated. Chicken umm i cant call it. Bread was not soft. Only ate because I was hungry or else I wouldn't have touched it. I Can't come back. Good luck with business.

The staff doesn't speak English bc they are Indian so you will be asked three times what you want and when recited back it will be wrong. The menu hasn't been updated. Prices for combos are being charged for chicken only. My 12 piece wings, fries, and drink cost $21.18 when the combo cost 15.99. They charged the 15.99 for the wings then extra for the sides even tho the menu says combo.

The worst Williams chicken I have ever experienced needs to be shut down if you ask me are hire some workers who actually know how to cook !!!! Food was old & cold okra was not cooked fully rolls where cold talk about south Dallas all you want but, at least you will. Get some good quality food from that location lol ? this Williams is a disgrace if I where you I would not waste my time nor money

I ordered at 6:30pm. Nothing was ready when we got there at 7pm. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the order. Service staff was constantly on their phones, either texting or chatting. Another customer waiting too as they didnt confirm their online order. You need to improve service at this location. Restaurant was also not clean. Floors are sticky.

Sooo what can I say, I have been gone there many times and foods are good, fresh. Today I went there around 10:10am to order for take out but it was closed and employees have not show up. One employee told me to wait for 10 mins to see if employees have show up, so nope been passed 10 mins and still nobody show up. I thought they are opening because the Google of this place says open at 10am. I waited for an hour until employees showed up at 11am!!! 11am?! Oh come on. Soo google need to update the times.

The chicken was ok. Cooked fresh. But if I would have went into the restroom first, we would have walked out. Absolutely nasty!! Looked like the toilet had never been cleaned, no paper towels. They had a customer bathroom and an employee bathroom instead of men’s and woman’s. I didn’t like going into the bathroom and having to let the seat down.
