It used to be a running joke in our family and friends regarding whose order would get messed up on any particular visit to this Sonic. Without fail a meal was missing or a drink was wrong or fries were missing. We would have tried alternatives but there isn’t much out this way.That being said we have noticed improvements in order accuracy over the past several months and appreciate the overall improvement here, which is the reason for the 3 star review and not something lower....read full review
The service was okay, but they messed up my order twice in a row. Granted, I couldn't even tell the difference visually at first between the cookie dough blast and the oreo cookie dough blast. But I attempted to order the cookie dough blast twice, first I was given the Sunday and next I was given the oreo cookie dough one. Didn't realize it until I got home. I’ve always had a good experience at this location. The employees and their service are great. The food and drinks are good, and we get through the drive-thru pretty quick (especially if I ordered using the app).
