Ordered placed by family. Picked up on the way home from work and went home. I was told it was wrong. I checked what was ordered and it was just a large meat lovers. What I got was a custom order that had pineapple, ham, misc toppings and such. Didn't want to go back, too tired. The family ordered Chinese delivery, and I had the pizza. Not my thing, but to Pizza Huts credit (and the intended customer), it was a pretty good combo. This use to be my "Go To" place. May look for another location or pizza company if this keeps happening.

Received our food cold and wings looked like it was sitting for an hour or so before we got them. Still left our delivery guy a nice tip despite or horrible food experience.Vegetarian options: Vegetables

Service is fast either ordering take out or delivery. Delivery guy is always very nice and gave us extra sauce, crushed red pepper and cheese.

I placed an online order at pizza hut at 11611 W Airport Blvd Meadows Place. January 14-2024The order was picked up by my mom at 4:12pm.The pizzas were good but the dessert was burnt (cinammon sticks)I realized that at 6:40pm. At 7:00 pm I went to the pizza hut and I told the guy that he is in front of what happened.He tells me that he can make me another order. I told him no, and to just give me my money back. He tells me that he is going to call the manager because she has to do that.When the manager arrives, she tells me that as already been 4 hours she can't do another dessert and that she can't give me back the money either. In reality, only 3 hours had gone by. I asked her if she's joking? I proceed to tell her that I didn't have time to come earlier because I was at my house doing things with my children.I ask you: "Do you think that in that period of time the color of the burnt sugar will change?The manager continues to insist that she will not return money or make me another new order.Meanwhile, we keep arguing and she laughs at me in front of the customers.I tried to eat it but the bread was too hard and clustered.Manager is way too impolite and doesn’t have a good customer service.

I did an online order for delivery upon receiving my food. It wasn’t even sealed. They just handed it to the driver. The driver threw it in the trunk of his car, and when he got to the destination, I said what happened why isn’t my food sealed in a protective bag he says that’s the way Pizza Hut handed it to him and on top of that, the pizza was burnt the toppings on top of itParking: The whole place is a dump, even the other stores that sits in the same plaza with it

When you make a complaint you have to keep calling back and the manager tried to blame how I made the order online!!! Saying I'm being rude...I ordered a speciality pizza removed some of the meat and added some veggies and requested in the special instructions to be added on half of the pizza, because I got one of the deals. The regional manager said that I gave too many instructions and I'm the only person who has ordered that way and people usually create their own pizza...and I'm like then why do you have the special instructions? How am I supposed to know if I make "too many changes" it doesn't show on the screen? ...he then proceeded to call me rude! I don't want to even get into the issue that actually got me upset at this store. Store is a mess, staff is rude and disrespectful and have absolutely no regard to customer service!!!!! They're acting like they're giving free pizza! Why offer special instructions and options to remove some items when you will not??? That was a very narcissistic person that I spoke to!!!

I mainly order my pizza for delivery. Each time there is a 50/50 chance that I will receive it as ordered. It seems as if no one actually reads the details of the order. There's never enough sauce on my pizza even though I order extra so I usually end up throwing most of it away. It's probably time to find a new restaurant.
