I came in at a very busy time for this location, I believe it was the dinner rush. I went through the drive thru and ordered with a nice young man named Adams. He was great, working very hard and I feel he needs to be recognized for that. Not only was he taking care of the drive thru, he was also running all of the food out to cars that pulled around to keep the line moving. My order got slightly delayed from computer problems, and he kept me updated the whole time. Thank you Adams!

We never stop here but we did to see if it changed. Nothing changed. Dirty tables, sticky floors. When we received our food it was cold and tacos tasted slimy. I do not recommend.

Came in today and I've always had problems with this location but this was by far the worst. I came through the drive thru with the mobile order and they told me they'd be with me in a few and it took them a few minutes maybe more with 1 car ahead of me. I pull up and they give me the drink and tell me to pull into the mobile order area to get my food. I wait 15 minutes and get nothing. I end up going inside and ask the guy and he doesn't remember me and says he couldn't find it. Before anyone even came to me there were all looking at me not even saying hello or coming to help me. Turns out it was sitting on the mobile order rack for who knows how long when they told me they'd come and bring it to me. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and should get new workers or a new manager because something is not working right here or working at all.

This place has really been on top of it recently. There’s a girl who's in high school that works the drive thru there and I don't know her name but she is great. She’s there almost every night I go (which is quite a lot) and she’s quick and always gets my order right. It blows my mind knowing she’s there so late when she’s got school in the morning. She really deserves to be recognized for the difference shes making at that place and for her hard work !

I’m not one to leave reviews cause I really never care that much but the woman at the drive-through the past couple times I’ve come to this place make me not want to go again. One she sucks. Two she is rude and has absolutely zero service skills. Every time you’re ordering your feel like you’re doing something wrong the way she talks to you. The girl needs to get her attitude checked or get fired because I can guarantee you, she is costing the place business.

I just went through the drive through and ordered 5 crispy tacos and a single refried beans. I pulled into their parking lot to eat and the tacos were inedible. It was obvious that the tacos were premade and packaged probably at least an hour or more before. All 5 tacos were cold, broken and the base of each taco was stuck to the wrapping paper, bad. 2 tacos were placed in my bag upside down so as I pulled them out of the bag they dumped out and were wasted. The refried beans were colder than room temperature and very dry. Obviously had been sitting cold in the container for hours. This is my second such experience in 4 weeks. There is obviously no experienced management oversight at this location and based on reviews, this is nothing new. Fast food restaurants like Taco Bell are relatively easy to manage. It's all about processes and managing those processes by training, follow up training and auditing on a regular basis. Then, there is the accountability factor when there are exceptions. There is obviously no professional management oversight at this location nor corporate oversight. I don't know how stores like this one can possibly stay in business. This company is in great need of a major overhaul. IT STARTS AT THE TOP. THE ROOT FAILURE STARTS THERE.

Eugene is the MAN. Whoever is in charge give him a raise. He’s super nice, actually probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with at any place. Also this place is clutch being open later than the other food joints nearby. Yes they get busy but if you don’t have patience then that’s on you.For real though, give my man Eugene a raise or promotion.
