This is take out only, served from a trailer.But, it is far beyond WONDERFUL!A stop at Fat & Happy is required anytime that we get through the Memphis area!That's why we always get enough to have leftovers.
The brisket was so good, I hope God let’s this man in Heaven…best brisket in America!

Provided catering for our wedding and the food was AMAZING! Hands down the best potato salad I’ve ever had! Steven was wonderful to talk to and went above and beyond to provide a helping hand. He and his family were so kind! It’s the first time I’d had Fat and Happy BBQ and I’m already ready to come back for more! Great food. Great service. Great experience. Just great! 10/10 recommend!

Grabbed a plate on my way through Memphis and the food did in fact leave me fat and happy! Catfish was seasoned well and the meat was flaky, edges were crunchy, I loved it. Hush puppies were AMAZING. Had a little jalapeño taste in them but not overpowering. The ribs were juicy, probably the best ribs I’ve ever had! I cleaned my plate. 10/10

Found this awesome spot on a trip through Texas last year and decided to give it a go. The pulled pork and Mac and cheese were absolutely fantastic and the corn is just out of this world! Great food for a reasonable price. Definitely will be stopping anytime I'm passing through Memphis!

The food here is absolutely amazing. The brisket is cooked to perfection, melting in your mouth with each bite. They take the time to do it right, cooking it low and slow. The BBQ is so delicious that it sells out quickly. Not only is the food great, but the people are super friendly as well. Whenever I pass by, I make sure to stop here without fail.
