Blue Burro TX has some amazing food! Their cheeseburgers and seasoned fries are the best in Merkel! The reasons I couldn't give more stars for the service and atmosphere is the fact that it is take-out only with no inside dining. Also the fact that there is no posted menu. You have to ask for the menu every time you order. However, I will definitely be ordering there for their food.

They have some of the best burritos around, especially their Bisteak its my favorite it's the perfect burrito if you ask me. ? Oh, and their fried jalapeños and mushrooms are the best I've had
