Tried to give this place a second chance because the first time me n my family ate here was terrible, now the second time was even WORSE, we walked in and waited to be sat for about 10min and even then the server just said “sit anywhere” after we sat down shed take 10-15 minutes to get back to us each time and only had two tables (us and another family). My boyfriend order a shot n we just ended up having to take it off because it took over 40 min to get to him. The food was poorly presented and the waited gave us things we didnt even ask for. she even sat in an area of the restaurant and played on her phone for nearly 15-20 minutes. overall WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT go to this location EVER!!

My husband and I went to Applebee's we walk in no one greeted us the guy from the back send us and was going to seat us. We ended up going to sit in the bar area. Now the girl that worked in the bar was standing behind the bar talking to the customers. We sat down in the bar area and no one came over the girl that was working behind the bar went to the back We sat there and ended up leaving.

It’s a playground for adults. Everyone’s screwing each other as well as slanging cocaine and marijuana to the customers and employees so hardly anyone is attentive to the customer needs. It’s a shhhh show. I recorded one of the employees eating in the same spot that paying customers food was being placed to be served, as she was in a man’s face flirting. No excuses for how this place is ran, it’s horrible. I wouldn’t allow my dog to eat the food that they serve as they’re very unprofessional and not sanitary

Walked in, nobody came to greet us. Others walked in after us and were greeted. We were told there would be small wait due to being short staffed, which is fine. The host then proceeded to seat people who came in after us and when I told him, he just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded. The restrooms were nasty and dirty. The smell in the restaurant was horrible. Will never be visiting here again

The food is good. If you go after 9pm the service not that great. The hosts spend their time talking to friends. I asked my server for cutlery because that a menu was not provided when we sat down. Needless to say my food came. No cutlery. My husband got it for me. All this and we were the only guests for our server for 10 minutes. Once more guests came it got worse. We had to complain to get out ticket and track down the waiter just to get our credit card back. He got a low tip. And I believe management wasn't even there because I asked.

Visited on st. Patrick’s day and me and my friends sat at the bar. The service with the girl they call BUBBLES WAS TERRIBLE!! She stayed in all the men face playing and talking and not helping the customers.. she served me a drink with a bug in it and was like ewww I’ll make you another one she did it took 25 minutes for her playing in men face. I ordered brownie bite ONLY and she forgot twice to put the order in. This time im mad!! She gave a us a free shot for the bad service and she shot glass was broken and chipped around the rim… as you can see in the photos.. when serving her favorite men she filled their shot glasses up alllll the way to rim of the glass…. Oh yea and her and another worker was smoking vape behind the bar while making drinks …. Her attitude is messed upppp and other customers told her that!! NOT GOING BACK WHEN SHES THERE… The customers and security screaming and cussing at closing time it was just tooooo muchhh!! Time to f gooooo!!! Last f calll!!! Nawwww
This place is very very ghetto and unprofessional. If you want a club type atmosphere this is the place to be. Service was awful, food was cold. The manager was rude. All the the employees don’t wear hair caps while cooking the food. Please avoid this place on Saturday nights especially if you have a family. IT IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AT ALL. VERY VERY VERY GHETTO

This is my first time coming to Applebee's. We got seated right away. Our waitress was very good. The only reason why just one star is the food was bad. I had the Cheeseburger and the wife had chicken fingers. The burger was awful and the chicken fingers was hard and over cooked. Will never come back.
