Couldn't believe there was an Auntie Anne's inside of Walmart but I was presently surprised by the quality of the food. If you're in the Mesquite area you should definitely swing by and snag a pretzel or something.

I love Aunt Annie's pretzels but this location inside the WalMart on Hwy 80, Mesquite, TX has the worst customer service. I asked for a bag and napkins with my pretzel bites and the cashier and shift lead were extremely rude. I requested refund (on unopened order) and shift lead says loudly to a group of customers "She is having a really bad day". No, I just want a bag and napkins with my order. Unless you like poor customer service and no bag and no napkins with your order, avoid this Aunt Annie's location.

They are really good but just a heads up they stop making anything an hour before close. They close at 8 pm. So, from 7 pm you only buy what's available. Which is stuff that's been sitting there for however long they haven't been sold. It can be really frustrating but if you can catch them during the middle of the day, the pretzels are really good.

I purchased Glizzies and waited 12 minutes for them they were burned so I asked for my money back. Nikki H said no but I she'll remake them and give me more. I waited another 12 and still burnt. I'm going to management.
