Communication between the cashier, bar, and customer is nonexistent. The cashier is clueless. If u order a beer and you just stand there and not tell me that I have to go to the bar then where in the hell is your head at? I'm pretty sure I was brighter than that at 20 like the cashier. Wrong wrong wrong. Ugh! Ordered via phone after waiting for 5 min. Lady seems like she got everything, but when I picked it up it was the wrong size dip and my salads (which I only ordered salads for the entree, not complicated) came with no dressing FOR EITHER ONE. Seriously?? By now I'm home so I can't run back, but come on...it's salads. Not salads, tacos, Mexican plates etc. It's not that hard. This fuzzes definitely falls to the bottom of the list of worst fuzzys.

Slow service. Lousy food. I love Fuzzy's but this one is worst one I have ever been to. No napkins. Once you do get your food, it's bland. And this is with only 5 customers in the place. AC is set for July weather when it's 56 degrees outside. Will not return to this location. Disappointed. On the other hand, Kemah, TX Fuzzy's is fantastic!

I've been here twice in a week! My second time was just to give them another chance. Fuzzy's is one of my favorite restaurants however this one is just horrible. From the drinks to the food is just terrible! Rice was hard and the chicken on the enchiladas and nacho plate was dry! Almost taste like they had it in the refrigerator and just heated it up! Not fresh at all

By far the worst fuzzy taco I have ever been to. My wife and I came in with so much promise and so much disappointment when we left. We were not told anything about how we could or were supposed to grab our chips and queso pretty much right after we ordered it. You know while it was fresh. So after mixing up the unmelted cheese I realize, well if I needed more theres surely enough on my plate. I didn't realize they were going to just pour the entire bucket of cheese on my enchiladas. That were not cooked all the way at all btw. This is just sad. The cashier doesn't have a clue and the back staff doesn't understand what to do because they cannot speak English well enough. Truly one of the worst experiences I've had at fuzzys. Will not make a return trip

This place use to be the go to for lunch time. But the mexican girl at the front has a bad attitude and always on her phone And the place smells like sewage dump because of ice machine dumping all over the floor Food is great just front counter service sucks

First time coming here and it was nice. The wait was a bit long, but thankfully I was with company. We all ordered something different. I enjoyed my nachos that came with beef, but will definitely choose chicken next time.You have to pay for any extras (sauce) if you'd like more. Great place to come watch a game or just eat out with friends.

It's good for a quick bite. Easy counter service. Food came out quickly and hot. Employee helpful with this first time customer when ordering. Great stop for this family with young children. Chips and queso recommended.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called to make place an order for pick up. The female ask do I mind holding and I said no. I was on hold for about 10 minutes before hanging up due to no one coming back to the phone to take my order. She didn't put me on hold so I heard her along with other employees laughing around. Won't be spending my money here

Whackass tacos. You already know when they ask if you want corn or flour tortillas its gonna be bad. No comparison to California tacos, should not even be considered Mexican tacos. I already knew when I walked in though so no one to blame but myself lmao.

The food was good for the most part. On the Boarder was closed, so I wanted to try this place. I heard their margaritas we're good. I ordered mine on the rocks. It arrived in a big scooner glass. The ice were small, round like Sonic's. The glass was so full on ice there was hardly any liquid in it. Two sips and that was done. Very disappointed in the famous drinks I heard about.

The hospitality is great. The grease on the meat for queso and beef the grease covered up the the cheese. Outside is beautiful however there's no fans to help fan the flies away and it is extremely hot while trying to enjoy your meal..at leSt 3 fans will help.
