Today was a great day to sit and have supper. My niece wanted Burger King (BK). I told her great choice! I have in my pocket a few coupons and was ready to use them. We placed our order and OMG, the smells coming from the kitchen were crazy. I knew our food was going to be gooooood! My coupon was for a two person meal. BK sandwiches with fries and drinks. My niece is 7 years old, she ate her fries and mine too. She had the whopper with cheese sandwich but didn't tell the cashier no veggies. Our food was HOT!! Loved it! A few minutes before we received our food, a storm came through knocked out the electricity for a brief moment. The manager on duty was awesome! She took extra care of me and my niece. We felt safe and comfortable in her restaurant. We will be visiting again. To the crew, thank you for the kindness, professionalism, and the love, you showed us. ?????Kid-friendliness: They had the BK crowns on all of the tables. I wore mine brought back memories.

RUDE customer service. Don’t know if the girl was pissed she had to be working at 7pm or what. I’m always nice to people because I don’t like to be that “rude customer.“ The girl didn't even let me finish each meal order before interrupting me saying “is that it?” And when I asked if they had Hi-C with an attitude she said, “no. this is not McDonald’s.” All I ordered was 2 whoppers for my wife and I and 2 for my kids. Never coming here again. That was disgusting behavior.

08/18/23, I was there at 10:25 pm, drive through and it was bad. Staff was not nice at all. Ordering at the drive through was just headache, im not sure if she had a divided attention. I also asked for ketchup and she just picked an empty box, with her eyes widely opened " we don't have". Communication and customer service was just ugly. This is my 2nd time and might be my last time eating from Burder King. I don't wanna have any episode again
