I walked in and everyone looked at me with no greeting. They looked as if I had walked in their homes unannounced. The manager was very kind, but not friendly.
Every time i come it’s a very good atmosphere food great clean place. But who's makes it's special is one of the employees who takes my order every time i comes on lunch her name is Aaliya Watkins i thanks her so much for treating customers right and being so kind to us as we order and being patience she keeps a smile on ours faces and takes our order correctly. I will recommend to everyone go to the Chicken Express in Mesquite on town center it’s the best. Aaliya Watkins keep doing a fantastic job because of you our company comes there cause of you our company appreciate you i know you here it all the time from us. We just want your company to know how appreciate you are for your great work and communication and your bless smile and patience. Don't even bother asking for crispy fish. It really doesn't matter if the person behind the counter is apathetic (frequent) and doesn't ask or the cook ignores the request. It ain't gonna happen.

It’s already overpriced, then they tack on a card fee you’re not going to know about until you look at your receipt. Their neighboring competitor will be our choice from now on.

Today I stopped by Chicken Express located near the K&G store. I ordered a #2 which is the 7 piece tender, regular not spicy with fries and a sweet tea. I pulled up to the window and my total was $15 and some change. I had to wait a while which was fine because I like fresh food. When I was handed the box there was only 4 strips in the box and a grand total of 10 French fries in the box. I am very upset and I will never go to ANY Chicken Express again. The prices for the food continues to rise and we can’t even get our moneys worth in food ordered.

Terrible location. I love chicken express and haven’t had a problem with any other location, but this location is AWFUL! There was an extremely rude blonde who gave me attitude when I was simply complaining that charging a fee just to use a card to pay instead of cash is extremely annoying and not typical of fast food places including other chicken express locations and that I was upset because I didn’t even know they charged a fee for that until after she handed me the receipt. They said “it’s posted” extremely rudely and I didn’t see it until she pointed it out AT THE WINDOW after you’ve already ordered and it was in tiny print on the far right side of the window. No one is seeing that before we order! I’m very irritated and will never go back and I’ve actually stopped going to any chicken express because of this.

Yes we have been using chicken express for 4 months for our food for our monthly c singings every thing was great until this month when I went to pick up the chicken i was charged Over 55.00 more than the other times the lady would not listen to me as I spoke to her and said the other man that helped me before didn’t no what he was doing I told her that we would not be back anymore and she said I Don’t Care and walked off they never tried to help me load the large order be careful of this Chicken Express I will contact the district Manager Monday
