First review I’ve ever left, ordered online last week and half my order did not come and I still haven’t gotten a refund for it (called and spoke to a “manager” 3x and got nowhere).

I always come here and never had an issue until today. The soup was watered down, flavorless.The Alfredo sauce was watery and tasted awful.Great service and good staff but the soup and Alfredo wasn’t good :(But I’ll be back again. :)
Awfull awful awful manager AWFUL shes so bad at helping clients be happy and comfortable, other than the food being good the "Game zone" Almost always steals 10 dollars and we always tell the managaer and she says the same stuff instead of putting a sign that it doesnt work and she handles it so bad with an ugly attitude and shes built like a witch stupit hoe id prefer the old manager ALWAYSS i used to work here and he would always make sure his clients were happy and this lady has nothing to do with him. but thats just me personally becuase one other time HER (manager) and 2 teenaged employees were humiliating me after i told them to please help becuase its steals and countinues ignoring me like girl... and then them twoo emplooyes luagh at me like sum is funny

Everything was so fresh and the restaurant was very nice and clean. Customer service was also great, shout out to Rosa!
I liked this cicis when i went it was clean and neat. They made sure that it was never empty of food. The only thing is that the cooling system doesn’t work very well so sweating is definitely a thing its very hot in there. But all in all it was nice.

Best location we’ve ever been to! Three staff members greeted us the moment we walked in. The place was super clean and very organized. I’ve been to many establishments and worked in customer service for over a decade but let me tell you I know exceptional service when I see it! This management team should be super proud! We will be making our 20+ minute commute just to enjoy this service & pizza! Thank you guys for making a first time impression!

This is our favorite Cicis location. Roas and her crew always do an amazing job and the restaurant is always clean with lots of hot fresh pizzas !
