How is this extra cheese? 2.99 for the driest thin crust I’ve ever had. Not happy at all. They then sent another dry terrible pizza 45 mins later after I fell asleep. This place sucks ruins all dominos. Should have stayed in Dallas.

Where I live, I don’t get Dominos delivery or rewards. This is the closest location where I live, and I haven’t had Dominos since 2020 so I was optimistic. I walked in and placed an order on site, paid. Guy said it will be 15 minutes. I said ok ty, and stepped back to wait. I was going to stay inside the building since it’s only 15 minutes. But the guy raised his voice and waved “BYE” and looked at me like I needed to leave, so, I walked out and stood outside the store. It was really off-putting. It’s also really cold in December and I have asthma, it would have been nice if they let me stay inside to wait, I was out of the way. If I had known taking my order was such a chore for this staff, I would have just went to Pizza Hut.Update: I think the man realized how short he was with me because when walked back in to pick up my pizza he was much kinder. I’m going to express some empathy with this employee and give him benefit of the doubt he probably had a rough day before I got there and expected me to be another difficult customer. The pizza was delicious and he quality checked it before handing it to me.

Worst customer service! the pizza arrived burnt as shown in photo. I called the store and the manager Jamal, informed me he cooked it himself and it wasn't burned when it left the store. Again, see attached photo. The phone also magically hung up mid conversation. For a refund I would have to bring it back, the whole point of delivery is not to have to travel. Worst experience ever
Memo Jose hands down best delivery driver I ever had come across on time nice professional and very cool he deserves a 40049483838$$ dollar raise lol that man there is the best for real I ain't even being funny . My leg was killing me and he helped me bring my food inside and was highly professional. I will select this Domino's from here on our when I'm in town just because this man thank you sir ! Ordered 6 pizzas, received 1 incorrectly. Called was on hold for 8 minutes, hanged up and called again finally someone answered. Told them the situation the lady put me on hold twice then another lady got on the phone and literally told me I didn’t place a pepperoni and jalapeños. Told her I can see it on my receipt? then she’s like oh my god I’m blind, I see it. Told her we would return to exchange for the correct pizza, which she said it’ll take 10 min. My dad went after the 10 minutes and still had to wait on top of being treated rudely, perhaps because his appearance wasn’t appealing ( He’s a mechanic, that’s been working all damn day!) for him to be ignored to exchanged the damn pizzas! Worst customer service! Treat all your customers equally!

2 stars because the driver was super nice and understanding. But over all bad service, took 1hr and a half to still get the order wrong TWICE and to top off the person who called about my order still had an attitude about it.
