Hate is a strong word but I really dislike going to this place. Even though it's closer for me to go to I've driven farther to buy food from Golden Chick. I haven't been to this one in over a year and I decided to go here once again hoping it would be better but no. They are rude, unpleasant and act as if they are doing you a favor. So I ordered a 9 piece Wing with fries. The cashier wasn't friendly at all and did even speak. Once my order came the sauce wasn't in the bag so I stood there for about 3 minutes trying to get someone attention. One person came and asked what I needed I told her and she walked off . Never came back so I'm still standing there. So she tells the one who waited on me and she says what do she want. I told her I asked for the sauce and seasoning. So she just keep doing something else and I repeated myself and then she walks off and say Jesus ??. I then let her know this is part of her job and this is why I hate coming into this place. Never, never again will I spend my money here. I could understand a little if it was really busy but there was only 2 people there eating their food.

I ordered the catfish and shrimp platter. They gave me the SMALLEST peices of fish I’ve ever had in my life at a fast food restaurant. I paid over $40 for the meal as well as 8 jalepeno peppers. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup. Didn’t get any in my bag and no utensils to eat my food with. I will not be going back to that location specifically.

I want to give kudos to Aaron came here on a busy Friday night, and he was very helpful and even if it was a busy night he went above & beyond to acknowledge and help every customer in the lobby and drive thru. Kudos again to Aaron!!!By the way I love the outside area, my daughter and I were able to have some mother & daughter time

I don't eat out very often, this is my first experience with this place. I am 53 so fast food is not a new experience. The place was very clean the service was acceptable for a fast food place, I ordered 2 two piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. I received a thigh and a very sad looking wing, the potatoes were great the chicken not so much. It really had no flavor but it did have a good crunch on the flavorless breading. I had to douse the chicken with texas Pete which was provided in the little bins by the drink machines. Thank God for Pete's! I don't drink soda any longer and they said they have tea which I will drink, but they only had one container of sweet tea. I like sweet tea but only if I can cut it with unsweetened tea. Half and half. I was not very impressed with the meal oh I forgot to mention that I did get a smashed biscuit, only about 1/2 inch tall. I assume it used to be much fluffier a couple of hours ago, it will be a long time before I attempt to eat there again of ever.

I just went through the drive thru Jan 25 2024 at 8:48pm and I ordered a 6 piece tender meal and I only got 4 pieces. I called the restaurant twice and no answer. Can someone call me to either reimburse my $5 dollars??

I got a family meal and once I got home the order was not complete. They forgot to put in the rolls that came with the family meal which is the main reason my kids ask for me to go to golden chick. I would drive back but it’s a 40 minute drive. Please check your orders before leaving which is not you guys job but will save you guys time and money
