DON'T order from them. I was a first Time customer I placed an order still hadn't gotten my order. I reached out several times to ask about my order was told that it was being processed. Still no iorder I reached out again they canceled my order didn't ask just did it. I left a message for a call back the lady who called was rude and a hateful! She said they didn't need the money or my order! I would have waited but wasn't given the choice! Such rude people! I was excited to try the products. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I ordered a gluten free king cake for my friend for her birthday. A week later when the order wasn't updated, I called to check on the order. I called 3/5 (left a message), 3/7 (left a message and received a text they would call during business hours), and 3/15 (left a message). On 3/15, I also emailed asking to cancel at that point, because it had been two and and a half weeks, I had never been called back, and she was going on vacation. I immediately heard back via email and had an exchange of aggressive emails with I am assuming the owner who canceled my order and marked it as refunded. It has now been 15 days and I have not received a refund, and based on yesterdays response, it appears they have no intention of refunding my money which is essentially stealing. All I wanted was a returned phone call in which I probably would have just asked if we could go to a basic cake over a king cake and requested they push delivery to make sure my friend was home from vacation. Super unimpressed with the customer service and tone of these emails. It seems they are very uninterested in treating costumers with respect.

I ordered two packages of sweet rolls; one pumpkin and one original. Only the pumpkin arrived. They are dense and dry. Nothing like what was pictured. Not only that, but when I contacted customer service to request a refund on the rolls that did not arrive they refused because I didn't take pictures of the packaging. Avoid this place!

My wife can only eat gluten free. She is not a "foodie" but does find some great places that have delicious GF food. This is not one of them. I surprised her with donuts for an early Christmas present. They were tiny, very costly, chocolate on the side and didn't go on right or taste good. Don't waste your time. These guys need to take lessons from Deja Brew in New Oxford PA or Sanctuary: Modern Kitchen in Maryland. They make great food. But don't get me wrong - I'm not here to "promote my own interests" LOL. That is the weirdest response from an owner I have ever received. Not here to debate, really just trying to let the viewers know what's up.

We ordered gluten free pumpkin cinnamon rolls for Thanksgiving and they were delicious!!! Stayed in touch with me throughout the order process to keep me updated. Shipped well. Arrived timely. Storage and reheating instructions provided. Tasted delicious!! A little spendy but the free shipping was very helpful and is encouraging for our return business. We'll be back for more.

I ordered the cinnamon rolls with such high hopes and was seriously let down. Especially with how much they cost! The rolls you get look absolutely nothing like what is advertised on their pages. They are dense, dry, and hard. The cream cheese frosting doesn’t taste anything like cream cheese.They monitor their reviews and comments like crazy and don’t let any negative ones stay so it looks like they have nothing but rave reviews. I tried to leave a review directly on the website first, then commented on Facebook. Neither one is still there and now I’m blocked from commenting on their page.

Claims to be gluten free, I have been glutened there twice, never again! When questioned the owner, she said she doesn't give a Rat's A** about me. WOW... I would avoid at all cost!

I have been a loyal customer for years now. I come several times a year but this time was different. I placed an order on Monday the 26th of 2021 and paid $22 extra for OVERNIGHT shipping. I received an email confirming delivery for Wednesday the 28th. All seems great until I receive a message, THE DAY OF EXPECTED DELIVERY, from the manager saying they had a death in the family and needed to take time off. She said all orders would be delivered the next Tuesday which is August 3rd. All i asked for was my $22 refund that I spend extra to ensure delivery. She said no and that they have a 5 day processing fee when online it says 3 DAY PROCCESSING FEE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA SHIPPING WHICH I DID! We went back and forth through text and she ended up saying she would call me later and I agreed. That call never came. I gave her the week to mourn and be with family (even though I bought these for my mother because we just went through a death in the family) but at the end of the day, a business needs to be ran. I can totally sympathize for the business and family but to not give me a refund for the $22 for shipping is absolutely ridiculous! Here comes Tuesday august 3, and I try to call the number listed that I called before and my number is blocked! I then call the number that she texted me from and that was blocked too! I know it was blocked because then I used my friends phone and it went through! I am absolutely so beyond frustrated that I not only didn't receive my delivery but then get treated like I'm in the wrong here! I will NEVER use this company again and I would suggest you do the same! Orders are not guaranteed and if you piss them off, they will just block you and there will be no way to contact them. I even was going to show up at the location, but somehow they are opening another location so everything is closed for in store options. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!

Very rude. Don't waste your time with these people. It's a shame because their baked goods are pretty good. The owner is rude and entitled and does not have the slightest idea how to treat her customers. I'd rather go hungry than take her abuse..

I have yet to find something I don’t absolutely love! Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth! The only downside is that you have no choice but to pay $14 for delivery that doesn’t guarantee the quality of your baked goods and advises that you don’t get anything frosted as it may not last through the delivery process. It’s $22 if you want it next day.

Really love their strawberry cupcakes. But I was super disappointed with the way they gave the donuts. I was craving donuts and they gave the donut, frosting and sprinkles separate. ☹ if I wanted to make the donuts I would've made them myself. ☹

I will do two reviews - the first one is for customer service and the misleading email I received after I ordered on line - the second one will be for the items I ordered and received. this is the actual email - notice the last line the pickup date and time: Subject: Order #Order657651 status is now Processing -- Hannah's Gluten Free Bakery Date: June 23, 2021 at 3:18 PM Order Status Changed Hello, The status of your order #Order657651 has been changed. New Fulfillment Status Your order Processing Pickup date and time Jun 24, 2021 02:00 PM I drove for 45 minutes to get to there pickup location. the traffic was terrible on 30 and I called the store at 2:03pm. larissa answered the phone and said that the bakery was closed. I explained that their email said my pick up time was 2:00pm and how can my pick up time be their closing time - larissa was unrelenting. she stated that her website clearly says that they close at 2 sharp. Unfortunately her website allows customers to select a pick up time option of 2pm. I explained I had just driven 45 minutes and that her email said that my pick up time was at 2pm. To make matters worse she used vulgar language and when I said that I found her language offensive she said "I am a grown a** woman and I can talk how I want". I was shocked by her vulgar behavior however I checked yelp when I got home and read the other reviews I completely understood. Her idea of customer service is unique to say the least. I went the next day and picked up my order and I drove away...however wisely I stopped and checked - they had shorted my order. I drove back and got the missing items. Now to explore Larissa's idea of customer service...watch for her response as you can see from her other responses there is never an apology. Larissa I would recommend that you consider changing the language in your email so people like myself do not spend approximately 2 hours driving to pick up their orders. thanks

UPDATE: Replying to Larrissa's comments. I appreciate you proving my points again. I was really looking forward to your products. When they arrived damaged, HOT, and unsafe to eat I was so disappointed. As I told you on the phone, I was not expecting them to be frozen. I was however expecting them to be safely edible. Hot cream cheese frosting that was supposed to be kept cool (not frozen) (as evidenced by the ice pack provided) will not be safe to eat. Also, you are absolutely correct, the shipping box wasn't damaged, which means you felt confident shipping smooshed and damaged products to me when we placed them in the box! I think your time would be better spent improving your customer service skills instead of ranting and berating people on Yelp. I'm entitled to my opinion and obviously we will not see eye to eye on this. I didn't get anything "for free" or "for nothing"; I didn't even get to eat the damaged products you sent me as they were unsafe and damaged! My opinion remains the same: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAKERY and THE OWNER, unless you want to waste your time, money, and be treated terribly with nothing to show for it. DO NOT go here or order food to be shipped to you! I just experienced THE WORST and RUDEST customer service from the owner. I ordered the kolaches and cinnamon rolls to be shipped via 2 Day Air. They arrived DESTROYED and HOT (they arrived with a small ice pack on the cream cheese which was hot to the touch and the cream cheese frosting was hot, i.e. NOT SAFE TO EAT). When I called the bakery, I left a voicemail (no one picked up) and was called back by the owner. I asked if she'd heard my message and she said you listened to some of it, "but knew where it was going...". She blamed me for ordering via 2 Day Air, said that many places don't refrigerate their cinnamon rolls or kolaches, but wouldn't address that they shouldn't arrive HOT. She asked me to send pictures via text and I did. Here is her response: "We actually don't do refunds per the policy you agreed too. Unfortunately there in a nothing we can do here as YOU chose two day shipping." I've included pictures of the damaged products. Please don't give this place your business. They are rude and the customer service is sub par at best. There are so many great places to give your business, especially when so many GF dedicated places need our support now more than ever. THIS BUSINESS ISN'T ONE OF THEM.
