Horrible customer service. Online states they close at 8 went in at 7:35 and they stated they wouldn’t be cooking anymore chicken due to closing soon. Called and asked to speak with owner for complaint and still till haven’t received call. Horrible customer service horrible

I walked in at 7:40 a Wednesday evening as soon as I walked in. They said they sold out. I thought restaurants don't stop serving food until they are. Officially closed.. They missing out on money.

I arrived just as they were about to shut down and the young lady informed me that they only had one pork chop left. I agreed to buy the pork chop basket. This pork chop was fried rock hard and had been sitting for a while. I could not eat it. Very disappointed!!! I took pictures of the $10 basket. My dinner was a sham! I tried to call but their VM is not set up to receive messages. I want my meal replaced or a refund.

No longer Henderson Chicken. The star is just for the girl upfront she was courteous. But they didn’t have everything in the menu and what we got it was not good at all.
I ordered on DoordarshanIt took almost a hour to get our order. The food was nasty frys we're bearly cooked and the chicken was nasty tasted like it was cooked in old grease and so did the livers there was no salt on the nasty fry and no seasoning in the nasty curst. It was my first time for yall and the last time. This was the nastiest food I have ever ate. I am surprised that this chicken place is still open. I will let my friends and family know to never order from this place

I have been here 3 time and every time it’s a terrible experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, and my order is never right. I ordered a 10 piece white and they gave me 10 breast…. Like why??? They always have a attitude like they don’t want to be there and don’t have any manners.

I would never patronize this place. Everytime I am nearby there I see people illegally parking In The handicap spots right in front of the store. It’s a regular thing. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was employees doing it.But not only that, they are anti seco d amendment. They have signage right in their door saying u can’t carry in their business. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

This has to be the worse service I have ever had at and fast food restaurant. They didn't have enough chicken prepared for my order it would take 12 minutes. 12 minutes turned into 40 minutes. I asked for my money back , I was told that he couldn't give it to me cause the manger was not there. So I waited on my food to be ready , took it home and was not impressed at all. I live 5 min away , my chicken was hot my fries were cold . The food over all was A$$ . Don't go to this location it sux !!!
