I have never been charged 1.72 for a Small-med Ice cup as I door dashed in texas heat, but the lady(im assuming manager) Wanted to charge me 1.72 when I asked for a Just ice in a cup so my Drink I purchased earlier can be cold again in this heat(that texas sun be beaming am i right), Went to the Tacobell down the street off cartwright. Where the service was amazing and foods better IMO but they handed me a cup no questions asked as they understood its hot out here and I just needed ice... Don't go to jack if you are heat exhausted, Go to anywhere else where customers are first priority...Jack has been terrible IMO since the munchies meal went from 6$ to 10$!!!

I know I can't be the only one but every single time I go through this Jack in the box location and I get chicken nuggets, these are for my dogs, they always short me somewhere between 1:00 or 2:00 on an eight-piece order. And I'm sorry I understand it's only like 3 or 4 bucks but still, if you're going to screw people at least try to be a little bit more sneaky about it, because there are people who actually expect the right amount of purchased items when they buy something and they will turn around and come back. And then you turn around and lie by saying one of the items or two of the items jumped out of the box, these things are processed dead chickens, they do not move. And if they do, you probably got roaches, or rats.

The Burger patties taste EXACTLY like a cross between how a wet dog smells and fish, EVERYTIME. An inedible, inexcusable, and unacceptable waste of money. Genuinely gag worthy.
I come to this store every single morning to get my iced coffee. It is always a wonderful experience with great employees which is why I come every morning to this specific Jack in the Box. Today on Dec. 22 around 8:30am I came thru the drive thru for a change and the woman at the window makes me not want to come back here anymore. She was not willing to listen to my complaint on my drink and just closed the window in my face. I paid for something I had to throw away as soon as I left because she was not willing to fix it without charging me. Blew my mind. Especially with how much of my money they get everyday. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because despite this one employee, they are a great store with good customer service. They need to teach that employee there quality customer service before she makes them lose valuable customers.

I picked up some tacos and a small order of curly fries at the drive thru. Food was delish and hot. I asked for ketchup and she gave me taco sauce ? I love eating my tacos with ketchup, but I wasn't going back. I was sooo disappointed!!!

We couldn't understand the person over the speaker system. However, we got our order about 15 minutes later. Food was very good.
