Worst experience: the drive thru is the worst. They don’t even speak to you until you say something. The wait time IS RIDICULOUS. We could not get out the drive thru line due to someone both in front and behind us. Do not come to this location

This is the second bad experience I had with this location. I ordered my food through the app to be picked up through the drive thru. My food was supposed to be ready at 10: 02 pm. The drive thru only had 2 cars in line. I didn't get to the window to get my food till 10:30 pm. And they forgot 2 of my tacos, and 2 of the workers were just walking around.

I just went at 1:30 am 2/10/24 drive through i ordered a JUMBO JACK WITH EXTRA KETCHUP AND MAYO ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE BC IM ALLERGIC‼️‼️ I get to the window and reiterate that it's supposed to be NO CHEESE BC IM ALLERGIC‼️ The lady at the window reassured me it was no cheese. I get home and guess whats on my burger??????? FREAKING CHEESE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY....smh i have pictures and my receipt

Stood at counter for almost 10 minutes while 4 employees ignored me then after ordered took them another 10 minutes until 1 employee snagged 2 tacos for my order from a drive thru bag otherwise who knows how long it would have

They canceled my order didn't provide a reason why. Plus they haven't refunded my money back for the purchase. Every time i call the restaurant it just rings and ring and nobody picks up. No wonder it has 3 stars. By the way i ordered thru uber eats if i should have known it was going to be this restaurant i would have ordered from another place.
I need to give this store some praise. I hadn't been here in awhile and I pulled in the drive-thru last night. I was greated by a very nice lady. She was extremely friendly, the guy at the window extremely friendly. He said hello, asking how I was and made sure my order was correct. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL. This was so nice to finally pull in somewhere a have that type of friendly service. Thank you very much!! BE BLESSED!!

Went here a while back and had an experience that just stuck with me. Made my order online. Received my order through the window. I’m glad I checked my bag before I left because I was missing a fry. The window person told me I was not missing anything. I showed her my receipt, explained to her that I ordered an extra fry, and after her huffing and dirty looks, she gave me my fry. When we got home and took out our food, the large fry she gave me was less than half full. I love going to this location but this customer service and treatment I received was horrible. I’ve sent a complaint to corporate and have not heard anything back. I was sent a survey and requested to be contacted. After a while, they closed this complaint and nothing was done.
