This is what I go for at least once a day, a large Original Ice Coffee. I go on my lunch time and get it super fast! Ms. Rina is the one that usually takes my order and greets me at the window with an amazing attitude and smile! There are other Jack in the Box in my area but this is the one I stick too because of the customer service and just the great vibe! Keep up the good work you guys have an amazing team ❤️ Thank you Ms. Rina for being amazing at what you do.

Terrible ass hell. If I could give this place a no star I would. First it took us 20 mins to even get our food. 2nd the women speaking to us was rude af!! Then we get to the window and it's says no add ons and no ranch? Like what! Then my boyfriend keeps asking for hot sauce cause they didn't add it and she just points to the bag nothing more she was a rude as B*** heavy set black women either be happy or leave. Jack in the box needs to hire more better people. I get it people have bad days but you don't treat customers like that. Also some Hispanic girl was on FaceTime while we are just sitting and waiting didn't even offer to help. That's not the kind of customer service we should have.

This is the closest one I have to my area since I don't have a car. I've been in the area for 4 years and have never found teriyaki sauce here. They never tell me even when I ask until after I have my food in my hand. And it always ruins my appetite. I'm always craving they're egg rolls or teriyaki bowl and ask for extra teriyaki sauce. They say sure no problem but when I look in the bag there's only sweet an sour which I do t like. I ask for extra and they say oh we're out of it sorry. How can a place be out of the sauce for 4 years? And the egg rolls today were really chewy unfortunately. Usually disappointed with this location but today I was really disappointed
