The other day we recieved a discount coupon on our Kroger store recipt. So today we decided to meet up with some friends for lunch at the Mesquite location. As we stood in line to place our order I took out my coupon and had it in my hand when the person slicing the meat said to me your not really going to use a coupon on give back day a take cancer money away from kids are you in front of 10 other people in line!First off I had no Idea what he was talking about but I did respond and tell him I'm retired and my wife is handicapped and the coupon makes it possible to eat here. What a total passive aggesive jerk! It ruined our whole meal.

Employees need to be trained and taught that when you handle the cash register, credit cards, or money, you must wash your hands and change your gloves before you handle food.Money is dirty and has germs and bacteria on it. Cross contamination is real. It’s Not Funny nor should be taken lightly. Employees here found humor in using dirty gloves and touching food customers intend to eat.

Just had lunch with my son. They have great Gluten free options which is made in a separate area. Staff is always nice and in good spirits. Love that this jersey mikes is so close and we can frequent often.
Ashley made my mini sandwich perfectly and she was so kind! This meant a lot because they were slammed today. My sandwich tastes phenomenal too s/o to the slicer! Love this location. Super clean & good service.

Staff very rude and acted like they were doing drugs in the back of the store! The Hispanic man made me feel very uncomfortable and just watched me the whole time it was a very creepy experience!

I called 15 mins before they closed and they took my order without hesitant!!I get there and I meet a wonderful woman named ash and she was the lady that took my order on the phone.She was sweet and she gave me zero troubles! 10 out of 10 woman! Will be returning.
