This place needs to be shut down or management, and I mean serius management, needs to get a hold of this place, everytime you try to order they do t have it at all, I tried to order a different kind of pizza and was told they were only doing peperoni. Everyone on their phone and had to wait 30 mins for the order this has been happening very often, they never have product and the wait is very high

This place sucks now, long wait times. Let go 2 of the best employees so now they are suffering. Manager stealing time from the young people here & when confronted took them off the schedule. That's karma for you. Up to an hour in wait times now. Smh.

The food used to be delicious when i got food. For the past say 2 months every time i come there's no hot and readys. You should be stocked up on those because it's lunch time. Then the customer service is trash. I won't be surprised if this one closes down cause I'm sure everybody gets this treatment.

I don't understand why the lobby is closed, and the app allows me to do in-store pick-up. This is the second time that it has happened. Why?? It's 4:01pm. To make it worse, after waiting 15 minutes, I got my pizza. I ordered pepperoni and got cheese. Even though the lobby was closed, I managed to get in through a door that led me to the kitchen. I yelled to get someone attention. After 30 minutes, I received my ?. They probably just need new management or someone who cares.

Staff is a bunch of stoned ignorant and rude people. Go anywhere buy here. They'll say it's a 8minute wait then have you wait 20 minutes and when you ask what's taking so long they tell you it'll be 15 more minutes because they sold all the bread to the people behind you. Bunch of idiots.
