First time ever going to A\\u0026W and was greeted by super friendly staff who work hard. The food came out hot and fresh and nothing was wrong. Absolutely going back soon!

Incompetent is the best way to describe this location. After repeating the order multiple times it still comes out incorrect. Completely unbeleivable!
This place is known for its root beer and they were out of root beer. So I drove here for a float and that wasn’t happening. This place sucks. But the workers were nice and courteous.

I am In horror at my experience with A&W Restaurant in Mesquite,TX. I can barely type this review as I am now incredibly sick from the food.I ordered an A1 combo to-go (Plus two entrées) inside the restaurant. The floor felt like suction cups, tables were dirty, fries on the ground, the bathroom smelled like no one had touched it in weeks. The wait for the food was 30 minutes. It seemed liked the main focus was drive-thru, instead of the customers in front of them. Another red flag was none of the workers had gloves. Not one. Not. One.All of the workers were touching the door that led into the kitchen, walking past the employee sink. The sink was dry as a bone, with the soap dispenser at full capacity. The signs that i failed to pick up on in the restaurant are now clear, now that I’ve had the chance to throw up. After standing at the counter for a while, a worker finally told me, “We’re just waiting on fries”. 30 minutes for fries?I am very ill and want my money back.
